Why, hello there, and welcome to my profile. I'd offer you a cuppa, but this computer is sadly lacking in tea bags at the moment.

Quintessential Antagonist here - female, Irish, mid-teenage years, an aspiring author and someone habouring a passion for anything to do with books, manga, history or chocolate, not necessarily in that order. I'm an avid bookworm, cat lover, currently going steady with every story that has ever been written, and in constant denial of my fangirl tendencies, excruciatingly obvious as they may be.

As for fandoms, there's a variety of novels, mangas and TV shows that I adore, but my current favourite has to be Hetalia. The fact that it's stuffed to the brim with humour and suggestive shounen-ai obviously catches my attention, and the historical aspect just ties it up in a neat little bow. I'm into other fandoms, too - most notably Doctor Who, Sherlock, Supernatural and Death Note - but at present this one takes up most of my heart.

There's many more pairings which I very much enjoy, but these guys take the top spot. Despite this, I'll never refuse to read a fic just because it pairs these characters with other people - after all, part of the fun of having such a large cast and so much shiptease is discovering all the pairings that can stem from it. :)

My fics, whenever I get around to writing them, could be about pretty much anything, though I love to reference mythology and generally prefer writing fluff to writing angst, yet I give it my best shot. I should also warn that I'm awfully bad at planning ahead, so updates will be sporadic due to unexpected turns the plot may take, and also general laziness on my part.
