Where Sharon's love of Angels began and how it continued.

Knowing they wouldn't be stopping, their hands trailed everywhere, they kissed all over each other's bodies, and whispered words of love and promises for their future together. (Shandy, post-health incident)

(Update: Ep Tag 5.13; White Lies, Part Three) If there was one thing Sharon Raydor and Andy Flynn were good at, it was waiting.

(Ch 1) On this day, Laura Roslin spent twelve hours running the gamut of emotions only to find they didn't stop when her world regained its balance. (Ch 2) There were words to be said, feelings to be shared and pain to be acknowledged before he would slide back inside her again.

Since Sharon and Andy became intimate, there were many occasions on which she would end up whispering the words, "We shouldn't be doing this." Sometimes shouldn't isn't set in stone.

Ch 1: Bill need only watch Laura accept dying to know he'd never get away from the grief. Ch 2: It hurt him to hear her sob and give into the pain. Ch 3: She had decided to live life as she wanted and die on her own terms. Ch 4: Though her time would be cut short, they'd spend what she had left loving one another and, for them, that was enough.

Maybe one day, it wouldn't matter anymore that she was the President. Maybe one day, they'd be able to admit aloud that what they felt for one another was more than friendship. On that day though, he made sure her understanding was clear.

They didn't know where making love would lead, if anywhere, but they would figure it out as they went.

Any number of things they'd spoken about; so many they'd left unsaid. For whatever reason, Laura and Bill were now ready to go back into the past, to remember times when they were free to just be themselves.

They knew they'd have to see each other eventually; that was a given. But now that it was about to happen, the realization set in of what had to be done. {Roslin & Adama reunite after New Caprica}

Bill knew Laura was dying but he wanted to hear her say; even if it meant broaching the topic himself.

Many times over the years, Sharon thought it best to let Jack fly. Neither thought she would ever want him to fly away for good.

"We could make another memory," she husked, pulling the other side of the blanket over them. {#Shandy sweetness}

When Sharon gets bad news, she decides to handle it alone leaving Andy hurt, angry and confused. Putting his detective skills to good use, he pieces together the long-distance clues she leaves him. {Shandy, veers away from canon}

They knew it would happen sooner or later. Dating a co-worker always meant the lines would blur; they'd cross them at least once. The main issue would be how they handled it afterwards. {Shandy}

(1) The subconscious works out what troubles the conscious. It was a problem Sharon needed to solve for herself; to allow the past w/ Jack to control her or to move on in the present w/ Andy and together create a future. (2) Realizing they were both uncomfortable made it easier to move to the next level. (3) Moving through this last stage, they had reached true intimacy. (#Shandy)

"Now I know," he rasped before kissing her as passionately as he dared. Her split lip seemed not to bother her as she responded with equal fervor. {#Shandy sweet intimacy}

Noise! There's noise just ahead. Help! Run! A shot rings out. She hears a grunt. Turns to look. The hunter is so close. His knife raised above her. Another shot. He grunts and slices the air. Misses her. Last shot. He falls. Red and blue lights swirling together. Red and blue make purple. Purple lights in the foggy moonlight. Safe. No more running. Purple means she's saved.

Last BAMDAMMMster prompt #11, Well, that was certainly memorable: Sharon's husband Jack was back in town. Sharon thought about the last few days. Jack showing up was always like a tornado ripping a path through a small town, moving on and leaving a mess in its wake.

BAMDAMMMsters prompt #7, I'm not a prude: A hurtful comment from Jack makes Sharon think she is boring Andy so she decides to spice things up to prove to him she isn't a prude.

Prompt#6, A sense of occasion: Andy bought the small house on a tiny lot after he celebrated five years of sobriety. He always said he'd never sell it; it was the reminder of how far he'd come from that broken man who'd lost his wife, his kids, their home together and almost his career. Never is a strong word; sometimes you come across a good reason to change your mind about never.

He'd spent more of his life than not married to her albeit most of their marriage they were legally separated. He couldn't imagine a life without her in it because, above all else, he needed her to help him in so many different ways. Then she wised up, got stronger, and divorced him.

A piece of paper that failed in all its intent; a call from Taylor for her to fix it quickly. One look at her team as they did their after-action reports and she knew exactly how each was affected by this case and how she was too. Actions taken, lives lost, words left unspoken. They all had invisible scars.

Just some Shandy love for D (EvilRegal...) who requested it and oh so patiently waited for it. "Her words struck him deeply. Two firsts for us today. He was glad he'd waited for her, waited for them to happen. He was nervous and excited about finally making love with her."

The wind whipped her wet strands around as the tears began to fall. The rain drenched her as she held onto her balcony's railing, face to the sky, afraid of the step she'd taken agreeing to date Andy yet more afraid of what might've happened if she didn't open her heart again. The raindrops slid down her cheeks taking her tears with them. She had such strong feelings for that man.

My version of prompt Sharon & Jack making amends on closerficfest.tumblr that I stumbled upon. Jack is on Step #9 which means he must make amends to those he's hurt & Sharon is 1st on his list, his damn list as he calls it. Initially reluctant, Sharon agrees to have the discussion w/ Jack in order to close the door on her past & be able to move forward in getting closer w/ Andy.

Having read Mary McDonnell's comment months ago, I've wondered about the drawer. What would Sharon keep in her drawer at work? Why wouldn't she just bring it home? Muse spent time pondering; Sharon shares the answer with Andy.

She was feeling rebellious lately. On this particular Saturday night she was getting ready for one of her non-dates with Andy. She chose a new dress that hugged her curves in all the right places; showed more than the usual cleavage while not being improper. Andy's calm greeting was betrayed by his dilated pupils and the breath she heard him catch.

Tag 3.17: It had taken them three times to get to this point, this place where they now were. It had taken anger, harsh words, whispers and caresses. It had taken tears together and separately for them to reach their final understanding of what they were. More than friends, so much more, lovers in fact, but it had taken them three times to get that settled between them.

Jack has decided a family conference call is the best course of action to take before the Judge signs the divorce papers at their next court date. The conversation between Jack, Emily, Ricky and Sharon Raydor does not go exactly as planned. Sharon ends up in serious mother-mode. Shandy friendship in last two paragraphs.
