To give you a little background on yours truly, I'll say this: I'm an aspiring author who was fairly prolific in my younger days, but am just now returning to the trade after a several year hiatus. Writing fics help me by improving the quality of my writing through practice, and helps you by (hopefully) allaying your boredom. Everyone wins, see? I have a large multichapter fic in the works, but I'm waiting to complete the entire story before posting it.
