Hi all,

First of all I will not be posting much. Why? I have very little patience and have some trouble concentrating for long stretches of time. I also get writer's block rather often, which is why I've never posted anything before. This might lead to shorter or longer chapters depending on how inspired I am. Complaints about lack of updating will be ignored. If any of that makes you decide to stop reading my stories, that's too bad. That's the way I am.

In spite of that I do very much appreciate constructive reviewing. If something bothers you about the story, the grammar, the layout of the text, etc. I want to know about it. That does not give you leave to flame. Insults, negative comments with no explanations and the like will also be thoroughly ignored.

Short positive reviews will not improve my writing but will boost my ego, which is also nice. They are quite welcome.

Plagiarism is, in my opinion, a disgusting thing. If I catch anyone posting my stories, or part of them, as their own, I will do my utmost to get that person banned from the site. And whatever else to make their life miserable.

I will do my very best to complete any story I upload. However, I do know myself and realize that it might not be possible. If that happens, you can be sure I will notify my readers and possibly put the story up for adoption. I am a better reader than a writer and I hate when a good story is abandoned by its author without notice, so I will try not to do that.

I thank in advance anyone who decides to review despite how lame a writer I am. Because writing is, in the end, an effort on my part, especially considering English is not my mother tongue, and it is nice to get something out of it.

Update : I'm feeling soooo uninspired these days. I'm still writing, but it's progressing at a crawl. Like maybe three sentences a day. Well, like Ernest Hemingway said : "There is no rule on how to write. Sometimes it comes easily and perfectly ; sometimes it's like drilling rock and then blasting it out with charges."

So right now... I'm drilling. Thanks in advance to everybody who will have enough patience to stick with my stories anyway.

Back in business it seems, the new chapter is out, I've already begun the next... I hope my fic will continue to be successful and interesting for my readers.

I am now trying out that beta-reader thing... don't know if it'll work out, but I'm willing to at least try. Please note that I am very selective as to what I choose to take on.

So... I'm still alive. It's been a rough few years. It's still pretty rough now. I'm not sure when I'll be able to pick up my fanfics again. I haven't abandoned them, even though I'm only writing one or two lines every couple of months.

One thing I thought about doing is offering to analyse other authors' fanfics. Not beta-reading necessarily, because I felt that the people I betaed for kind of just accepted my corrections without actually learning from them and trying to improve. Going through a text full of mistakes, correcting them, and explaining the corrections is how I go about it, and normally that's a lot of work to do for free.

And just like working on my own fanfics, that's time I don't really have anymore because money problems. It's sad, but it's life.

I thought about setting up a account or something, but then figured I'm not well-known enough and not really anything special as far as writing goes, so I don't think anyone would donate at all. Meh. If I get more time to write, we'll see.

But I do a great deal of reading other fanfics (it's much easier than writing after all) and figured, for the people who truly wanted in-depth feedback and improvement, I could maybe write up an analysis of their stories, something that would include things that jarred me, things that impressed me, things that moved me. So I'm opening up my PMs again in case anyone is interested.
