5/31/18: Well it's been almost six months without any kind of update and for that I apologize. For those who are wondering I am not, in fact, dead and neither are my stories. However, having writers block after the first of the year and then having two back to back eye surgeries in March and April made it impossible for me to function normally for quite a while let alone think about writing anything. Fortunately everything went well enough even if the healing did take longer than normal and I am back to 100% as of recently. I hope to put out more chapters in the near future but I will need to review my notes and refresh my memory before going forward to make sure I don't mess something up.

It's been quite a while since I've updated this. Yes I'm still here and yes I'm still writing. A new chapter for both my stories as a present to everyone who is still reading my work. Consider it a present whether you're celebrating Christmas, Hanukkah, Kwanza, or even a birthday around now. :-) Just an FYI work over the last few months was hectic and I was involved in some other projects that kept me from updating but hopefully I should be back to a more regular update schedule. Happy holidays!

At last Utopia III makes its debut! I will try to put out chapters as consistently as I can but I can't promise a schedule as I am working on several other writing projects as well and life is always rather hectic. So the story will be updated when it's updated. For all who celebrate it, happy Halloween!

Well the last few months have been extremely busy for me IRL which has prevented me from getting any writing done. Thankfully I anticipate things to start slowing down in the new few weeks. To the Guest reviewer who messaged me about Clutching Shadows (and anyone else who is keeping up with the story) I appreciate the comments and fully intend to keep going with it. My main rule of writing is that I do not abandon something I start if I can at all avoid it. A new chapter was in the works when things started getting busy and I simply haven't had time to finish it, though I hope to soon. I've also been fleshing out Utopia 3 so I have a starting point and a good idea of how things are going to go so I hope to post the first chapter of that fairly soon as well. I also have a couple of side projects I'm working on that are important also I will be switching between them all as time and my muse allows. Bottom line I plan to post more soon.

Well this update should have been posted a few weeks ago but I just didn't get around to it. Utopia II is officially complete and I just posted my next chapter of Clutching Shadows. I plan to focus on this story for the time being while I nail down what's going to happen in Utopia III. In other news I'm going to be moving next month as well as begin my Master's Degree about the same time. Hopefully this won't impact my ability to write consistently but anything can happen. Looking a bit further out, August, September, and part of October are extremely busy times of the year for me so I may not be able to write during that time. I'm hoping to get another chapter or two out before that storm hits as well.

Well it's been several months since I last updated here. While the last few months weren't as insane as last year, work was still extremely busy. However, it has slowed down enough for me to start writing again on a somewhat regular basis. For everyone who has favorited my new story Clutching Shadows, thank you very much! I realize it's been a few months since I updated it but rest assured I haven't forgotten about it. However, because I am nearly finished with Utopia II which is my main story arc it's taken up all of my writing time considering I've been writing it for years. On that note, yes Utopia II is getting close to the end. I fully plan on there being a Utopia III and I have a rough idea of what it's going to be about but few details. As I've always said, the characters write the story and I simply pen what happens to them. (Because to be honest what they come up with is always better than my silly ideas!)

I can't believe I'm still here after all this time. If anyone is still reading my series, thank you for waiting! The last 10 months have literally been insane with all the things me and my family have had to deal with. I won't go into details since most people aren't interested in hearing them but suffice to say my life has literally been too up and down to write. Things are just now calmed down to the point where I've been able to write in any semi-regular fashion so here is the next update. Hopefully it is a dramatic enough return to get people interested again. I certainly hope it won't take me this long to update in the future!

Author Sharnorasian Empire has asked me if she can use my characters and setting in her story A New Beginning which may be out sometime in the future. I am officially granting her permission for use.

A special note goes out to VexMaster and his story ‘StarGate: Galactic Imperium’ The main plot of my story had been bouncing around in my head for many months before I had read his work but his story, and its popularity, gave me the courage to post my own and helped me refine some of my ideas.

The Gargoyles stories are works I did several years ago while I had spare time in college. I do not consider them a representation of my best writing skills but they are here if anyone is still into Gargoyles and wants to read them.
