Author has written 12 stories for Shugo Chara!. Welcome to my less-plain-than-before page. False/Web Name: Dee (Or Lunar if you prefer) Gender: N/A... Just kidding. Female. Country: Australia, so if I go spelling things with an extra "u", or stuff like "centre" instead of "center" don't try to correct me or I'll probably slap you with a fish. Unless you didn't read my profile, in which case you are forgiven because I probably wouldn't be bothered reading my profile either. And I have to keep adjusting to all the Americans being almost an entire day behind. Scratch that last one, I've stopped now. It's too tiring. SC Pairings: Kutau, Rimahiko and Amuto are the main three. Yuukari and Tsumugu/Midori (Tsumidori?) for adult pairings, and possibly Yairi and/or Tadase/Saaya (Tadasaaya?) for side pairings. EP: Take Two Timeline The earliest chapter chronology-wise begins on the Monday after EP ended. :) Monday: Chapter 1, Expressions; second part of Chapter 2, Special. Updated: 23-03-12 (I've given up trying to adjust this to the American time and order. Dance to my tune for once! Dance, I say, dance! ... This is typed with the utmost respect.) Stories So far (Feel free to skip over this section and the following one) EP: Take Two: Shugo Chara. Rated T. Continuation of Eight Powers. It explores moments, I think, rather than humorous events. It's different from the original EP in almost every way, other than the central characters and ideas. I like it like this, as it does give me more freedom to pick and choose what to include, and what parts can be skipped without too much trouble. :) I'm also working on pairing interaction early on so that we can build a more solid base for romantic relationships and stuff later. Love: a Process: Shugo Chara. One-shot. "Tsumidori" AKA Amu's parents. Rated K. This was written for my fabulous beta, En ar Ciel's half-birthday, and for Valentine's day. It was a bit late. I'm very partial to this fic, and quite proud of it. Personally I think it's the best that I've written so far but who knows, really? It's too bad that this is not the most popular pairing to read about in this fandom. Possibly the fluffiest thing that I've written to date (not counting things for Christmas, because Christmas doesn't count). A Farwell in Ink: Shugo Chara. One-shot. Kutau. Rated T for non-explicit, non-sexual nudity. Future fic? This was a plot bunny that hijacked my mind for a few days, and an experimentation in style. This is written in present tense (my first ever crack at it) with no direct dialogue. I'm quite happy with this, honestly, even though I was supposed to be working on other stuff. Gosh, my muse is so fickle. (Anyway, yeah, the summary's pretty half-baked but I couldn't be bothered changing it. Basically, Kukai and Utau write on each other, and it is sappy and stuff. I am so literate.) More Like Steak: Shugo Chara. Ongoing. Parody. Rated T. Next chapter is probably... a list. That's all I'm saying. ;) Down to Earth: Shugo Chara. Ongoing. AU. T for, well, violence and death - not so much swearing though. So, I've changed the idea for this fic rather drastically, I know. Originally it was going to be rather lighthearted but seeing as EP has become more humour-filled than I'd planned, I'd wanted to see if I can keep a story dark. This is an experimentation with my style of writing and also something I can use to get over writer's blocks when I have them. Sometimes I'm in the mood for something less funny, you know? Oh, and I should give an OOCness alert. The characters will be very unlikeable sometimes. Like, very unlikeable. Am working on a rewrite. Forms Of Love: Shugo Chara. Complete. Rated K. Ten chapters in total. It has the barest hints of Rimahiko, Amuhiko and Kutau if you perhaps use a magnifying glass. Each chapter revolves around the characters and their view of love. Romance, as stated before, is minimal. Also, I do not believe in Lulu de Morcef, so she does not appear in my story. Starts off a little predictable but some characters' choices are quite random and wacky while still suiting them. Thank you everybody who had shown so much support for my first story. Pre-Wedding Jitters: Shugo Chara. Complete. One-shot. Rated K for mentions of alcohol. Kukai-centric. He gets drunk the night before his wedding to Utau who sends Ikuto to find him. Friendship is between Ikuto and Kukai, and the romance is Kutau. Basically just fluff. Answers: Shugo Chara. Complete. One-shot. Rated K for mentions of being hit with a wooden stick. Interaction is mainly between Yuu and Kairi. As he's waiting to take his girlfriend out to dinner, Kairi ambushes him. It's just some fluff dedicated to the most unappreciated/unused canon-couples in the anime/manga. You just gotta love them. As a Sister: Shugo Chara. K. Oneshot. NOT Romance. Centred on Ikuto and Utau. Because I love Ikutau as a brother-sister relationship and the two Tsukiyomi children are really very complex. I also seem to love stories based on questions and answers, too. Heh. Christmas Stars: Shugo Chara. K. One-shot. Not focused on any pairing but has minuscule hints of Rimahiko, Amuto, KairixAmu, possibly Tadamu and perhaps some others if you look closely...? Anyhow, it's just a little story about a peaceful Christmas Eve at the greenhouse. Nothing happens. Possible Upcoming Stories (If I ever get around to them... man, these are just piling up -.-') (Love) In All This Mess: Originally titled Why I Love You. Shugo Chara. Probably T. Rimahiko, Amuto, Kutau... I might actually add Yuukari. They're having problems. They love each other, they do, but their lives are falling apart and they need outside intervention, or the consequences do not bear thinking about. Was originally conceived as a fluff fic, but is now shaping up to be a lot more serious and angsty than originally planned. The Perfect Wedding: Shugo Chara. Either K or K. One-shot. Amu-centric. It was the day of her wedding to our favourite cat and she wanted it to be as perfect as possible. Unfortunately everything that could go wrong did go wrong, but in the end, she manages to find the secret to an absolutely perfect wedding. ... Future-fic. Charas included. Fluff. After Death: Shugo Chara. AU. Rated T for mentions of death and some violence. Amuto, Rimahiko, Kutau, Miru. There has always been a bloody feud between the Angels and the Demons. When the Devil concocts a plan for other-worldly domination, everybody is helplessly swept along with the tide. Angels, Demons, vampires, necromancers, dolls, witches and humans alike will have to fight to retain balance before their worlds are destroyed. ... Will be very long. Charas included. Just A Meal: Shugo Chara. K or K. One-shot. Kutau. Utau has something very important to tell Kukai, but she seems rather... hesitant. Instead, she invites him out to fish and chips to tell him in person instead of over the phone. What is it that Utau has to tell him? And how come he can never look at a bottle of ketchup again without turning green? ... Future-fic. No charas. Fluff. Choices (...probably): Shugo Chara. AU. Kutau-centric. T, just to be safe. Yuu Nikaido, a director who was fast gaining fame, decides to use an all-amateur cast in his next romantic film. So, he goes out into the world and finds a small-time singer and a once-famous soccer-player to fill in the role. There are several problems, though... One; they don't want to do it. Two; they're both stubborn as hell. Three; they don't like each other at all. And four; their siblings are starting to date each other. It's a good thing that Yuu likes challenges, because this is just the beginning. ... I wanted to do a long fic with them. This is a planning-in-progress so I could decide to make huge changes to the concept of the story. Behind Vetinari: Discworld. K or so. One-shot. What actually goes on in the mind of the one person who was probably closest to the Patrician in the city of Ankh-Morpork? The one person who was privy to the many secrets of Vetinari's world and plans - his secretary and personal accountant, Drumknott. In the complex puzzle of politics in Ankh-Morpork, this is where his piece belongs; behind Lord Vetinari. Guardian and Protector: Pokemon. K, maybe. One-shot. Humans have a great ability to love, and an even greater one to destroy. The mist-shrouded forest, home to an abundance of Pokemon, has been almost entirely destroyed regardless of the loss. Celebi, guardian, protector and voice of the forest, defends the last tree standing with all its might. But humanity is not merciful to those that oppose it. ... Not sure if this is counted as a Dark Pokemon fic or not, although I think it is. Another Place, Another Time: Shugo Chara. Future-Fic/eventually AU... if that makes sense. K - T. Amuto, Rimahiko and Kutau, possible Yuukari. The cast have all grown up and their children are on the way to adulthood. During their most turbulent period as teenagers (self-centred, arrogant, angsty brats filled to the brim with hormones who thought that they knew everything), they are suddenly whisked away into an alternate dimension where Ikuto Tsukiyomi had never slept in a hole that day and they had mostly never been born. There they find a darker world and the adults that they'd thought they'd known had become different people. Now they have a new mission: Project Happiness, or the Get Our Parents Together In This Alternate Dimension Plan (the GOPTITAD plan). But how will they be able to convince Utau (who still chased after her brother for a romantic relationship), Ikuto (who'd figured that he was better off pushing others away) and Rima and Nagihiko (who had eventually grown to truly resent each other) to get together with their rightful partners and have babies? ... If you can't tell, this will be humour unless the majority of my readers would prefer it to become serious. Oh yes: this will be long. What else would you expect? Our Heroes: Shugo Chara. AU (parody). K. Dunno if I want pairings for this one. One fateful night, eight teenagers (and two adults) had been either held back at school or coincidentally been around that area when a meteor struck. Now, due to the radiation of this space-rock, the teenagers' genes had mutated into what is known as the 'superhero' gene. This gene granted them superpowers but in return they could not ignore a cry for help. The adults had different reactions to the meteor, however, developing a 'supervillain' gene. Now, armed with special powers, they can't help but to wreak havoc on the world. Far more sinister than these hapless villains, however, is the evil mastermind who intends to use the fragments of the meteor for his own dastardly purposes. In between crime-fighting, our heroes have far bigger issues to worry about, such as: What should my supername be? Does this cape make my butt look big? And how come the person that sits behind me in school look like one of the other crime-fighting heroes formerly known as King Supreme, formerly Crown Mime, formerly Royal Servant, formerly Round Knight? Questions, questions. ... Not serious in the least. At all. Mostly a jab at superpowers and heroes in general. Catch Me: Shugo Chara. AU. K - T. Rimahiko-centric. They had no hope, no peace, no happiness. They were alone, their lives were nothing and nobody else cared. Their dreams offered an escape from their reality; an alternate dimension in which they meet each other, find friends, fall in love and reach their goals. Slowly, these dreams begin to consume their very being - who needed the real world when all it offered was desolation? Into their dreams, they fall... and they need someone to catch them. The Taming of the Idol: Shugo Chara. AU. T. Kutau-centric, Rimahiko and Amuto on the side. Rima had rich, doting parents who had given her everything she could have asked for - until she asked for permission to go out with a guy. They gave her one condition: she could start to date if her sister Utau, a beautiful, famous pop-idol who was the star in many a guy's fantasies, started going steady with one guy. The problem here was that Utau was an arrogant, temperamental misandrist, or in other words, somebody who loathed men with a passion. When you add in a rather cynical dancer who is Rima's potential boyfriend and his best friend, a laid-back soccer-player who wanted to get rich quick... Well, sparks fly, and not always in the metaphorical sense. ... Based very, very loosely on Shakespeare's Taming of the Shrew. And yes, I have seen 10 Things I Hate About You and will probably add in elements of that to the story as well. Otherwise, I'm only using the concept and nothing else. -Quotes from somewhere...
