Thank you, and Goodbye:

So you may have noticed I've been slowly closing out my stories on this website and wrapping things up. And that's because I've decided that I am ready to move on from this part of my life, permanently.

I started writing fanfiction in 2012 when I was sixteen years old, and when I was starting out I was terrible, like actually truly awful. I didn't understand how grammar work, or really how to develop characters, or stories, or worlds. But I loved it, I loved it so much, and as time went on, I became a semi-proficient writer.

And I want to say I am so freaking grateful for this site for so many reasons. For giving me an outlet to express my emotions, and to be who I am when I felt I couldn't be that in my real life. It was a safe place for me to process things, and release things. And to write.

I love writing, but more importantly, I need to write, because words get stuck within me, and I feel restless until they come out. And fanfiction taught me how to get them out. Now I write plays, and I love writing plays, and I know without this website, I would never have felt comfortable enough in my work to share it with others. But now I am comfortable with who I am and what I'm feeling, and what I have to say. And because of that, I need to leave my fanfiction. Because I can't keep coming back here, I need to move on, because I fall into this cycle, that I won't escape if some of my work is unfinished.

Thank you all for your feedback, your kindness and patience, and love. My stories are yours now, do what you like with them. And thank you for letting me write for you.
