Hi, I'm MerlinPsych! I'm a total Colorado girl who enjoys the outdoors, the performing arts, literature, and, of course, fandoms!

I'm a junior in high school and I want to be an author. Also, I'm a bit shy, but I don't bite so don't be afraid to talk to me and I'm sorry if I appear socially awkward or take a long time responding or something. I just have a really tough time with such things.

Sherlock: JOHNLOCK ALL THE WAY! Also, I like JohnXJam, MycroftXUmbrella, Mycake, etc. Mollstrade is cute; I don't care what anyone says! One sided Sheriarty (Moriarty liking Sherlock) is okay too. I could probably ship Anthea with Mycroft. Not a huge fan of Mystrade! Sorry! And I don't like Irene that much... Although I liked seeing that more sensitive side of Sherlock when he got all torn up over her 'death.' I'm sort of neutral on Sherolly. (Mostly because I love Johnlock so much. Molly really is sweet.)

Doctor Who: 10/Rose and 9/Rose, basically. I like it canon in Doctor Who. Also, AmyXRory. Jack/everyone and everything, of course.

Psych: Shules, Shules, Shules, and more Shules! No Shassie whatsoever! (Sorry!) Also ShawnXPineapple as a crack pairing I think could be funny. Nobody can take Shules from me, nobody! (Moffat starts writing Psych and kills them off.) *NOOOOO!*

Warriors: BumbleXDove, LeafXCrow, JayXStick and many more. (Because there are too many ships in those books to even list!)

Pokémon: Don't really ship anyone from the anime (they're like ten!), but I'll ship for the games.

Fablehaven: BrackenXKendra. Come on guys, he's a unicorn! Also, Raxtus is pure adorability. Not that that's even a ship...

Harry Potter: JK knew what she was doing... I pretty much like it canon. However, I like NevilleXLuna. That's cute. And Dramione and QuirrellXVoldy, but only in AVPM. Otherwise not so much.

Hetalia: I think I might be too scared to ship for this fandom. XD

Keep in mind that these are just all my personal opinions. Ship whoever the heck you want. I don't care. "It's all fine."

Just keep this in mind when making any requests or anything. :) I have other ships too; don't be afraid to ask.

Current Stories:

So you all know: I am not planning on abandoning any of my current stories. If I take a long time updating it is probably due to writer's block, being distracted by other stories, or school and other such annoying disruptions from the real world. With that said... Please enjoy reading what I have out here!

HOWEVER...

At the moment I am so extremely busy you would not believe it. I am in tenth grade right now and almost all off my classes are advanced (with the exceptions of Intro to Theatre and PE/Health.) I am also taking AP World History, so I have HOURS of homework Every. Single. Night. Of course, it's my own fault that I'm such an overachiever and I'm sorry for it.

But anyway, this actually has a point. You may have noticed that some of my stories haven't been updated in a VERY long time. I'm very sorry if you're following a story like that, but I promise, I'm not leaving it forever. However, I am going to put my primary focus into just a couple of my stories so I can give everything my all when it comes to it and actually complete things for you guys, so if you are following one of said un-updated stories it may unfortunately be quite a while. I BLAME THE PLOT BUNNIES!!!

The stories I'm focusing on are:

Every Holmes has a Gift (My Merlin/Sherlock/Doctor Who crossover.) I actually already have an idea of exactly what's going to happen in the rest of this story. It's all a matter of actually writing it.

A Life-Altering Decision (My Psych Shules story with my OC, Lily Gale.) I don't know exactly what's going to happen yet, (except for some details) and I'm working on developing a case for this story, so if you get a brilliant idea... *wink wink*

(If I get a brilliant plot bunny I'll probably post that as well, and if I get a good idea for a different one of my stories, I will definitely write it. Thank you for your understanding of me and my scattered brain.)

Possible Upcoming Stories:

Jounce- A Merlin fic I am writing for the "Open Your Dictionaries Challenge" by hehehe.bubbles. "Jounce" is to make a series of small, irregular, or violent movements. When Arthur walks into his chambers to see Merlin jouncing about he suspects sorcery and enlists the help of Gaius to save his friend.

Sherlock kidfic stuff- I already wrote Finals, but I'm planning to write more kidlock oneshots in the future.

A lot of other stuff. :) But I should work on my current stories first...

Some random facts about me:

I have blond hair and green eyes, and because I'm Irish I have very pale skin that fries annoyingly quickly, especially when I'm a Coloradoan and love being in the sun.

I play the violin. It's been... Eight years now, I think? I named my violin Tiger and my bow Crystal, because I'm cool like that.

My favorite word is indubitably.

I'm gifted.

I hate math.

I have been acting in school plays since third grade and I'm an official Thespian.

I have a sensory disorder, so I have really strong senses. So if I were a cat I'd be Dovewing. And I actually have a super sniffer. XD

I am painfully shy and have (obviously) never had a boyfriend.

It takes me a really long time to make friends.

I've been bullied. (You're not alone out there!)

I am not a bystander in any sense. If someone is being bullied, I have and will stand up for them.

Although I fully respect the beliefs and lifestyles of others, I can be very stubborn if I believe something is wrong or unfair. And I will argue about it.

I like to sketch, but I'm not very good. There are doodles all over my school work.

My celebrity crushes are Colin Morgan, David Tennant, and Benedict Cumberbatch. (Seeing a pattern here?)

I was that kid who read every day on recess and was accused of reading dictionaries for fun.

I despise peppers (because they stink.)

I like seafood. And tea. And sushi.

I'm an atheist. (Hey, don't judge! You respect my beliefs; I'll respect yours, okay? And FYI, atheist does not equal Satanist. I don't believe in Satan. I believe in science.)

I fail at most sports, except skiing.

I started skiing when I was two.

I wrote my first story in kindergarden; it was about a cat named "Tabby" who slipped on some ice. (The unfathomable depth and complexity of my five-year-old mind amazes me. *rolls eyes*)

I began writing my first novel in 5th grade. I never finished because I (thankfully) have better ideas by now.

"I'm not inclined to resign to maturity"- I still have stuffed animals. :)

I love owls, and I memorized several facts about them as well as the scientific names of several species. (Barn Owl- Tyto alba) I'm such a nerd...

I'm a Girl Scout Program Aide! (Program Aides help out with camp programs and the younger campers.) My camp name is Pencil, and I'm sure you can guess why, considering that this is a writing site.

I enjoy making fun of fandoms I love, (and I mean that in the nicest of ways,) so I'll be writing lots of humor. I also enjoy writing cutesy fics. I don't write ANYTHING mature. I'm actually pretty innocent despite being a fangirl, so...

I get uber excited whenever I get a review! Seriously! It makes my day! :D

You know you're a writer if...

You talk to yourself about talking to yourself. What...?! I never do that! Yes you do! Shut up! XD

When you talk to yourself, you often talk to yourself while talking to somebody else. People must think I'm crazy, and maybe I am, but yes. Perhaps that explains my social awkwardness?

You'll check your email every day for a week, then disappear off the Earth. My poor friends...

Your emails tend to be incredibly long and very random. Haha, sometimes they do...

When replying to an email, you never actually address the point. Oh, I rarely do...

You never have to get up to find pencils or paper in your room. My room looks like a tornado went through it: strewn with random pencils, journals, loose paper, notebooks, fragments of stories, and random illustrations and planning pages.

The letters on your keyboard are wearing off. Actually, my computer is pretty new, so not quite yet... But I don't give it too long...

You constantly talk about yourself in third person, whether past or present. Omg!!! I'm not the only person who does this?! Thank goodness, I do that all the time! My subconcious thinks it's a novel!

You start thinking about making lists like this and giggle for no "apparent" reason. Um... yeah... :)

People stopped looking at you funny for no reason a loooooooooooooong time ago. Lol, for the most part. I can still shock a lot of people by actually speaking to them or saying a joke aloud to the class, which I usually leave to the rowdier kids... Once the teacher was talking about going outside in "hell or high water" which we defined as fire and floods, and said "No matter what, we'll act like it's hell and high water out there." And I'm like, "Um... Scream and PANIC?!" Everyone just stared at me, like Ohmygod.YoucantalktopeopleotherthanPsychlinite?!

You describe everyday situations in your head as if they were in a book. OH MY GOODNESS, YOU MEAN OTHER PEOPLE DO THAT?! A psychic would totally be creeped out by my subconcious, which is still convinced it's a novel.

You laugh at completely random/inappropriate times just because of something you read the day before. Oh yes... And then the people around me stare at me like I grew a second head... But then they remember it's me, and don't even ask.

You talk/yell/laugh/cry at your books. And at fanfictions! Sometimes, those fictional characters need it!

You write in class when you get a great idea. Oh yes... And my teachers are so used to it...

You write on your hand to remember story ideas. Yup.

When you get an idea for a story, you become more excited than a kid on Christmas morning.Oh yes, and I go to shout all excitedly about it to people who don't understand or care...
