![]() Author has written 22 stories for Harry Potter. "I solemnly swear I am up to no good" I am a major Harry Potter fan and that's probably all I'll write about. I accept all sorts of reviews and really appreciate it when someone takes the time to review. If you write you know just how much each review, follow or favourite means - if you don't then you honestly have no clue. We're all aspiring writers and all love to see what others think of our work - good or bad and what we can improve on. I 17 Hope have challenged myself! I'm proud to be a part of the HPFC forum. I am also on FictionPress (though I prefer FanFiction and have a lot more here) A little about me: Age: 17 Hogwarts House (according to Pottermore): Gryffindor, but on most of the quizzes I've done I'm split between Gryffindor and Hufflepuff Favourite Book Series: Harry Potter, JK Rowling Favourite Stand Alone Book: Looking for Alaska, John Green Favourite Author(s): JK Rowling (she was my childhood), John Green (he's almost killed me but I still love him), and Jackie French (also a big part of my childhood). Hobbies: Reading, writing, Annoying my sister, the Internet, dancing, swimming at the beach, hanging out with friends (and pretending I do have a social life) and generally going insane! Favourite Food: CHOCOLATE, any type, any time, any where (though preferably milk chocolate, if you have any feel free to give it to me). Given you're here (I presume) to read my writing I think you should know that I do suffer from dyslexia, it's not incredibly severe and as a result of much support from family, friends and teachers, along with my general stubborness I have learnt to read and write quite well. However, I do have trouble getting thoughts from my head to paper and am generally a slower reader than most. If you do notice any mistakes in my writing then I'd really appreciate it if you pint them out in a review as that is the only way I can improve and overcome the disorder. Translations: The Speech - French translated by DelfineNotPatfoot Ships That Will Never Sink: I love canon. I figure that if the original work was amazing enough for us to want to write more about why would we change it? I don't hate on people that don't write canon I just don't understand it. OTP: Lily/James Other favourite ships: Ron/Hermione (though no one seems to be able to write them well but in the books they're perfect) Sirius/Marlene Harry/Ginny (also difficult to write well) Remus/Tonks Rose/Scorpius Neville/Hannah Victorie/Teddy Favourite Friendships: Marauders, Weasley Twins, Trio Ships I Prey Will Sink (no offence if you love these ships I just don't) Wolfstar (that's the one I REALLY hate) Harry/Hermione Dumbledore/McGonagall LilyII/Teddy (They're ages apart in age, I'm fine with it when they're older but when she's 15 then no, but still Teddy should still be with Victorie, ). Gryffindor: Brave to the point of stupidity Slytherin: Because real friends help you Incendio the bodies Hufflepuff: Nobody ever suspects the Hufflepuff Ravenclaw: Because everyone else is just stupid Some super amazing quotes: "You say your not special because the world doesn't know about you, but that is an insult to me. I know about you". The fault in Our Stars, John Green "Everybody Dies, Not Everyone Lives" Anonymous "I always knew looking back on the tears would make me laugh, but I never knew looking back on the laughs would make me cry." Anonymous "Work like you don't need the money, love like you've never been hurt and dance like no one is watching." Albus Dumbledore, Harry Potter and the chamber of Secrets, JK Rowling "The saddest thing a girl can do is to dumb herself down for a guy." "Don't Piss Me Off, Im Running Out Of Places to Hide the Bodies." Anonymous Eleven Hints for Life 1. It hurts to love someone and not be loved in return. But what is more painful is to love someone and never find the courage to let that person know how you feel. 2. A sad thing in life is when you meet someone who means a lot to you, only to find out in the end that it was never meant to be and you just have to let go. 3. The best kind of friend is the kind you can sit on a porch swing with, never say a word, and then walk away feeling like it was the best conversation you've ever had. 4. It's true that we don't know what we've got until we lose it, but it's also true that we don't know what we've been missing until it arrives. 5. It takes only a minute to get a crush on someone, an hour to like someone, and a day to love someone-but it takes a lifetime to forget someone. 6. Don't go for looks, they can deceive. Don't go for wealth, even that fades away. Go for someone who makes you smile because it takes only a smile to make a dark day seem bright. 7. Dream what you want to dream, go where you want to go, be what you want to be. Because you have only one life and one chance to do all the things you want to do. 8. Always put yourself in the other's shoes. If you feel that it hurts you, it probably hurts the person too. 9. A careless word may kindle strife. A cruel word may wreck a life. A timely word may level stress. But a loving word may heal and bless. 10. The happiest of people don't necessarily have the best of everything they just make the most of everything that comes along their way. 11. Love begins with a smile, grows with a kiss, ends with a tear. When you were born, you were crying and everyone around you was smiling. Live your life so that when you die, you're the one smiling and everyone around you is crying. Crazy is when you stare at a pencil and laugh when someone asks you what you are doing that is so interesting about the eraser. Crazy is when you have an hour-long sob fest, and then start singing and dancing when your favorite song comes on. Crazy is when you do or say a completely random thing, like "Do you ever wonder where the eraser bits go?" or having a thumb war with yourself. Crazy is when you type up all your favorite sayings, print them off and tape them to your wall, just for something to do. Crazy is when you're not paying attention when the teacher is rambling and you think of something funny from the other day that you don't realize is funny til that moment and you burst into hysterical laughter and the entire class turns around and stares at you and you look the other way and pretend you don't notice. Crazy is when you star in your own movie and pretend to be an assassin... multiple times. Crazy is when you scream for no reason or sing nursery rhymes. Crazy is when you have a post-book comatose state after reading a book and then half an hour later are spouting off random quotes, character facts and character descriptions to people you know don't give a (insert swear word of choice). If you're crazy, copy this onto your profile. “A lot of people think they know what a book is. But in reality not that many do. You see a book is not something you do when you’re bored; it’s not something you were forced to read for a stupid school report. No, a book is something more than that. A book is something that can make you cry for hours for someone who’s not even real (no matter how much you want them to be). It’s something that can make you laugh on your glummest day, at something that’s not even relatively funny. It’s something you scream at when something goes wrong and the idiot in the book won’t listen to you (no matter how hard you scream). It’s something that you get so lost in that you forget the date and where you are for a second. A book is something that’s so addicting that even when you say, “This is the last page, and then I’ll put it down,” you turn the page anyway. It’s your best friend through thick and thin, weather you’re black or white, fat or skinny, young or old. A book is just that- a book; it’s just that some people don’t know what a book is, even though you’ve known your whole life.” by xXIceshadowXx.
