Anime/Manga I enjoy: Hetalia, Fullmetal Alchemist, Tsubasa, Shugo Chara!, Sailor Moon, Inuyasha, The Story of Saiunkoku and Bride of the Water God.

Well, after trying to make the link work, I have figured out that fanfic itself has banned most links except for Youtube and Facebook. I do have YouTube, but use it only for comments, and the username is different. I won't bother telling you my account, it's boring. I definitely don't have a Facebook, I find it pointless. My DeviantArt account is the same name as my account here.

Chapter 22 of Ascending Light is NOT done. I've posted up to 21. Ascending Light is on hiatus until further notice.

IMPORTANT: I may not post anything else. I've seen too many nasty reviews, not on my fic, but on others' stories. A lot of the users who take it upon themselves to enforce the rules are horribly rude and nasty (I haven't gotten anything from them, but other authors who I follow have). There are plenty of trolls who paste the exact same "review" which is actually just insults, deaths threats, or flames.

I would rather not post my hard work in such a toxic place. To all of those who have supported my work, thank you. I do have an AO3 account and will be posting there eventually. As for Ascending Light, that is on the back burner. I have lost inspiration for it and am now working on a more ambitious Zelda story for AO3. I will leave it up but IT WILL NEVER BE FINISHED.

I still read a few stories on the site. There may come a time where I cross-post some things but I probably will not return to this site full time. My AO3 account is the same as my username here. Exactly the same. I apologize to the few people who have enjoyed my works but I vastly prefer AO3 (I only wish posting my chapters was easier since does not allow exports to it and I have not discovered a way to upload Word docs). OBITUARY FOR THE LATE MR. COMMON SENSE

Today we mourn the passing of a beloved old friend, Common Sense, who has been
with us for many years. No one knows for sure how old he was since his birth
records were long ago lost in bureaucratic red tape.

He will be remembered as having cultivated such valuable lessons as: Knowing
when to come in out of the rain; why the early bird gets the worm; Life isn't
always fair, and maybe it was my fault.

Common Sense lived by simple, sound financial policies (don't spend more than
you can earn) and reliable strategies (adults, not children, are in charge).
His health began to deteriorate rapidly when well-intentioned but overbearing
regulations were set in place. Reports of a 6-year-old boy charged with sexual
harassment for kissing a classmate; teens suspended from school for using
mouthwash after lunch; and a teacher fired for reprimanding an unruly student,
only worsened his condition.

Common Sense lost ground when parents attacked teachers for doing the job that
they themselves had failed to do in disciplining their unruly children. It
declined even further when schools were required to get Parental consent to
administer Calpol, sun lotion or a band-aid to a student; but could not inform
parents when a student became pregnant and wanted to have an abortion.

Common Sense lost the will to live as the Ten Commandments became contraband,
churches became businesses, and criminals received better treatment than their
victims.

Common Sense took a beating when you couldn't defend yourself from a burglar
in your own home and the burglar could sue you for assault.

Common Sense finally gave up the will to live, after a woman failed to realize
that a steaming cup of coffee was hot. She spilled a little in her lap and
was promptly awarded a huge settlement.

Common Sense was preceded in death by his parents, Truth and Trust; his wife,
Discretion; his daughter, Responsibility; and his son, Reason.

He is survived by his 3 stepbrothers; I Know My Rights, Someone Else Is To
Blame, and I'm A Victim. Not many attended his funeral because so few realized
he was gone. If you still remember him, pass this on. If not, join the
majority and do nothing.
