Skin: Tan, with intricate tattoos over his body, that seemed to have been burned in.

-Outfit: A black and white ankle length overcoat with the colors split down the middle, and fur lining also split down the middle. He wears black and white body armor, that covers his entire body up to his neck(Arkham Knight Batman Beyond skin), and a pair of headphones.

-Personality: Calm, sadistic, clinical, patient, open-minded, flirty, curious, understanding, polite, and respectful (if you earn it).

Phasewarp: Allows him to temporarily affect reality, causing 3 random elemental abilities. One involves creating a black hole that deals large amounts of damage, while another creates energy clones that distract and attack enemies. Finally, he can create barriers that prevent damage and reflect it back at opponents. All of his skill trees increase the duration of his Action Skill.

Skill Trees;

"Black Hole (Red Branch): This skill tree focuses on increasing the chance of his black hole, and increasing elemental damage, and adding bonuses. The final skill is called Elemental Implosion, and involves sucking enemies in while causing elemental damage

"Copying Chaos (Blue Branch): Increases the chance of his energy clones, as well as melee damage and bonuses. The final skill is called One Man Makes Many, and it summons large amounts of clones that explode when the skill ends.

"Waller (Green Branch): Improves his shield and health regeneration, as well as increasing the chances of his barriers being activated. The final skill is called Mirrored, and involves summoning a large wall that absorbs damage, and sends it back out in a large explosion when the skill ends.

-Relations;

Jack: Despises Jack for experimenting on him, Cypher has promised to personally put a bullet, or two (thousand), in the CEO's head.

Angel: Can tell that she genuinely wishes to help, and thinks there is more to her than a simple A.I. He also has a feeling that she understands what he's been through, and recognizes her voice.

Roland: Respects his leadership skills, but wishes he wouldn't call him soldier.

Lilith: Wants to learn more about Sirens through her, and maybe find out why and how he became a Siren.

Maya: Enjoys studying Siren's with her.

Axton: Finds his "relationship" with his turret occasionally awkward, but respects his skills.

Krieg: Suspects that he has a connection with Tina, but hasn't brought it up.

Salvador: Thinks he has a minor inferiority complex, but still thinks he is strong.

Zer0: Is fascinated by the assassin's mystery, and is determined to find out all he can.

Gaige: Unnerved by her willingness to cut her own arm off, but respects her intelligence.

Marcus: Thinks he takes his no refund policy too far, and grudgingly accepts the fact that he gives Hyperion a cut of his profits, but respects his honor when it concerns his business.

Dr. Zed: Doesn't care if the doctor lost his license, as it's just a piece of paper.

Scooter: Thinks that he can be a complete idiot at times, but knows that he is a genius when it comes to cars.

Ellie: Admires her self-respect despite how often people insult her appearance, and respects her mechanical skills.

Mad Moxxi: Sees her as a mother, since she took him in after he escaped from Hyperion, and actually works at her bar as a side job.

Tiny Tina: Finds her knack for explosives entertaining, but feels sorry for her past.

Brick: Finds his leadership views, questionable, but admires his raw power and strength.

Tannis: Allows her to take samples of his blood on occasion, in order to find out more about his Siren abilities, and respects her intelligence. He has gotten used to her "quirks" after spending time with her.

Mordecai: Thinks he drinks far too often, but knows that he is the best sniper within a three planet radius. He also enjoys hanging out with Bloodwing on occasion.

Claptrap: Finds him hilarious when he doesn't want to electrocute the robot and dunk him in a pool of acid, and enjoys watching the others get annoyed and angry with him.

-Biography: Practically raised as a Hyperion science project, Cypher spent his entire life being taught how to kill, while simultaneously being taught all sorts of information about the world, usually through sending the information directly into his brain. It wasn't until Jack took over Hyperion that Cypher unwillingly became part of Jack's Eridium experiments, being tortured for hours on end. Eventually, Cypher became the only known survivor of the experiments, gaining Siren-like powers, and intricate tattoos over his body. After a few years, he managed to escape the Hyperion base he was being held in during an Eridium experiment on Tina's parents. The grenade she used blew up part of his cell, and they ran away together, unfortunately being separated by an explosion. After wandering the Highlands, he was then found by Mad Moxxi, who originally took him in out of curiosity and as a way to get back at Jack for destroying her Underdome, but he stayed and they became a surrogate family. A few months later, they ended up joining the Crimson Raiders, Cypher taking any opportunity to destroy Jack.

-Costume: A white ankle length coat with black fur lining, a hood, ice blue shirt, black pants, white combat boots and a white mouth guard with a black snowflake design on it. The suit is designed to withstand the subzero temperatures Frost emits when using his powers, and everything but the coat is armored.

-Personality: Calm, patient, respectful, understanding, curious, quiet, and open-minded.

-Likes: Books, games, stars, intelligence, patience, loyalty, art, winter, snow, and ice.

-Dislikes: Arrogance, ignorance, stupidity, impatience, betrayal, summer, heat, and fire.

Cryokinesis: Frost can manipulate the atoms in the air to create icicles, and can even do this to a person, but refuses to.

Super Strength: He is strong enough to send Superman flying through a building.

Super Speed: Frost can move fast enough to see Flash moving, but can't catch up to him.

Enhanced durability: Frost can withstand being hit by a two story building, and only suffer from bruises.

Enhanced Intelligence: Many Radonians have increased intelligence, but Aaron was considered a prodigy at a young age, even able to design his armor out of parts of his crashed spaceship.

Flight: Aaron can fly as fast as an experimental fighter jet, and has impressive control.

Fire: Since his species is from a planet covered in ice and cold, Frost has developed an aversion to heat, as large amounts of it can potentially kill him.

War Axe's: A pair of war axe's that are designed by Wayne Industries to withstand severe cold, and can even shoot concentrated blasts of ice cold air

Drawing: Aaron has become a well known artist throughout the world, and actually worked with David Graves on drawing the cover for his book.

Martial Arts: He has learned many different styles in order to use his powers in different ways.

Bio-robotics: Nix is an expert on synchronizing robotics with tissue, and using them to support any specific person or species that he knows of, and actually helped design the Watchtower's infirmary systems, and helped Victor refine his life support systems.

Diana/Wonder Woman: Finds her naïveté about the world endearing, and respects her determination and power. He has also developed a crush on her.

Clark/Superman: Finds him to be too arrogant on occasion, but respects his power, and knows that he wants to help people. Also sympathizes with him, as they are the only aliens on the League.

Bruce/Batman: Thinks he can be too paranoid, but believes that he can keep the rest of the League under control.

Barry/Flash: Thinks he can be in too much of a rush, but respects his intelligence as a CSI.

Hal/Green Lantern: Dislikes his reliance on his Ring, but can understand his need to stand out among all the other members of the League.

Victor/Cyborg: Wants to help him feel at home with the League, and hopes he can restore his relationship with his father.

Arthur/Aquaman: One of the few people who respects Arthur's power, he and Frost have worked together outside the League.

-Biography: Nix came to Earth out of curiosity when he was 13 with his parents, but the unexpected heat caused his spaceship to malfunction, and crash in the northern end of Canada. Unfortunately, he was the only one to survive the crash, being placed in a special compartment in the back of the ship. He was found by an Inuit tribe, who took him in after seeing that he was just a child. Due to his powers, he was able to help the tribe build igloos to live in, and learned to hunt and survive in the North. Eventually, when he was 18, he left the tribe to see the rest of the world. As he traveled South, his body adapted to the planets heat, but he still couldn't handle strong flames. When he got to the major cities and saw the rampant crime and corruption, he decided to do something about it. He traveled back to his ship, and began designing a suit of armor out of any surviving parts. Eventually he decided to call himself Frost, and became a superhero, protecting Canada and Northern America. There weren't any true problems until he fought some kind of armored alien that spewed fire from its mouth. (Probably not a great back story, but best I could come up with.)

Body: Lean, muscular, and defined.

-Personality: Calm, cold to strangers, kind to his friends, observant, respects those who deserve it, terrifying to enemies that piss him off, willing to educate someone on the world of AT's, free spirited, and openly perverted with Simca, but only her.

-Likes: Winter, tuning, snowball fights, snowmen, Air Treks, calmness, quiet, reading, the night sky, and loyalty.

-Dislikes: Overbearing heat, unnecessary loudness, obvious and over the top perversion, peeping, arrogance, ignorance, and betrayal.

-Clothing;

Team Outfit: White, blue, and black fur lined coat that reaches his ankles, with matching shirt, vest, pants, and shoes. He also has a white scarf that he wear's all the time.

Casual clothes: Often wears fur lined pants, and whatever suits his mood and the weather.

-Species: 2nd Generation Gravity Child.

-Skills: Above average stamina, flexibility, strength, and endurance, easily able to maneuver around on slippery surfaces, and an extremely high speed thinking process to find the most useful trick/route in Parts War matches.

-Titles: Ice King, Laufey,

-Road; Frost Road:

Abilities: Combining the Wing, Bloody, Over, and the flexibility of the Sonia Road, the Frost Road manipulates the wind, sucks it in, and can use inertia to release it as a blast of air that can reach sub zero temperatures. Shiro's flexibility allows him to move in unpredictable angles and catch his opponent's off guard, freezing them in place.

Philosophy: With a solid foundation, you can go anywhere.

Infinity Atmosphere; Frozen Wasteland: Covers the entire area in ice, and can actually affect the weather to create snowfall.

Tricks; Ice walls, spikes, and blade's: Shiro can make items out of solid ice for a variety of uses.

-Regalia; Ice Regalia:

Abilities: Collects air through movement and contact, then launches it back through a cooling system that freezes the air. Can flash freeze entire area's and cover them in ice and snow.

Appearance: Silver and black with 2 wheels, vents around the edge to suck the air in, and a center vent between the wheels to blast the air back out. The shoe portion is segmented silver armor surrounding a black center with a small metal snowflake in the middle, and more small vents in between the segments at the top. The wheels are circular with a center snowflake on either side. They are designed to maneuver around in cold and slippery conditions.

-Shadow: A large blizzard with glowing eyes, Shiro's shadow makes your heart freeze when you see it.

-R.E.A.D. Lvl: 275.

-Tuner; Simca: As his tuner, Simca has a large amount of feelings for Shiro, which are reciprocated. He greatly enjoys meeting her to tune the Regalia, and works with her at the AT shop.

-Family;

Ringo: His twin sister, he cares about her immensely, and hopes that her crush on Ikki bears fruit.

Ikki: Finds his perverseness stupid and overbearing, but see's his potential and admires his passion for flying through the sky with the Air Treks. However, he has threatened to flash freeze Ikki's manhood if he ever tries to peep on Simca.

Rika: Knows that she still love's Sora, and hopes that the war between Genesis and Sleeping Forest can end peacefully for her sake.

Mikan: Enjoys watching her beat down Ikki, and respects and loves her as a sister

Ume: He is the only one that appreciates her dolls, and occasionally helps her make and play with them.

-Acquaintances;

Sora: Finds his obsession with the Sky Regalia childish and pointless, and will fight him if he threatens Shiro's friends, but doesn't want to kill him for Rika's sake.

Kilik: Just like Sora, is annoyed with his obsession with the Sky Regalia, and how he dragged Shiro's family into his selfish war, but respect his skills.

Nue: Is impressed with his skills at such a young age, but hopes he and his team leave Genesis and live their own lives.

Spitfire: Knows that his tendon is broken, and hopes that he isn't dragged down by his friends pointless fighting.

Agito/Akito: Finds both personalities amusing and entertaining, and wants to see how he'll change living with Ikki.

Kazuma: Is shocked at how fast he is, and wants to fight him when they both have their respective Regalia.

Buccha: Surprised by his willingness to join Ikki after being beaten by him, he has respect for the giant.

Onigiri: Simultaneously amazed and disgusted by his ability to become much more powerful against female opponent's, Shiro has threatened to flash freeze him completely if he ever peeps on his sisters or girlfriend.

Yoshitsune: Respects him as the strongest human king in the AT world, and was influenced by his Rumble Regalia when creating the Ice Regalia.

Aeon: Believes that he is overenthusiastic about serving Ikki, but knows that he is skilled.

Canon: Respects his use of his guitar to fight, but has threatened to crush him if Canon sabotages Ikki and Ringo's relationship.

-Enemies

Nike: Wants to keep him away from Simca, and is willing to fight him to do it. Shiro despises how he treats "failures", and wants to beat him for all the other Gravity Children he has killed.

-Affiliation: Neutral. He doesn't care who has the Sky Regalia, or who controls the Trophaeum Tower.

-Team; White Blizzard: After starting the team on a whim, it has sense grown immensely due to his popularity. It's emblem is a snowflake with the team name in the center. He leaves the recruiting to others, as he isn't strict about a person's skill or power, letting them get stronger in the team.

-Biography: Shiro was born and raised in the Trophaeum Tower, growing accustomed to the immense gravity from living beneath the earth. His life consisted of training with AT's, and he soon created his own road. Years later, when he and his sister reached the surface, he felt lighter than ever, thinking that he could fly with a single jump. Not long after, Rika Noyamano found them, along with a boy named Ikki Minami. Growing up, Shiro continued to practice his AT's, but when the rest of his sisters joined Kilik in Sleeping Forest, he refused, saying that he didn't want to ruin the experience of flying by joining a war. Unlike the others, who kept their skills a secret, he was known throughout the AT world as the Ice King, and was just as popular in school. When he started working at the local AT shop, he met Simca, and after a while, with him not caring about her team or relations, she became his tuner. Eventually, he noticed Ikki had an interest in the world of Air Treks, and has decided to be a mentor to him and his team.

-Likes: Winter, ice sculptures, reading, snow activities, games, and sleeping.

Name: Jotun's Touch.

Appearance: Two silver and black gauntlets reaching his shoulders, and two greaves reaching his knees.

Abilities: Able to completely manipulate the molecules in the air and freeze entire area's, as well as freezing explosions and flames by stopping their molecular movement. Any injury can cause hypothermia to take place. The greater the injury, the more severe the hypothermia.

Spirit: Holds the Dragon Ventisca, and she is a Blizzard Dragon that is on par with the Five Dragon Kings.

-Balance Breaker;

Appearance: Adds a set of silver and black light armor over his entire body, with a gap at his waist to allow his coat out.

Abilities: Greatly enhances the range and power of Shiro's ice, while also allowing him to detect opponent's caught in the snowfall. If the opponent isn't well trained, he can absorb their magic energy, the same way frostbite absorbs heat.

Time Limit: 1 week.

-Other Powers;

Shikigami: Trained as an Shaman, Shiro has access to spirit paper, which he can use by being in a contract with the spirits themselves.

Magic: Shiro was trained by Grayfia in how to fight with his ice, and learned how to utilize other forms of magic as well.

Demonic Energy: Using his Queen attribute, Shiro can use a devil's natural energy to great effect.

Soul Sight: Shiro has always been able to see a living beings soul, and can tell what a person is with a glance. This is how he knew Akeno was part human and part Fallen Angel.

Pocket dimension: Shiro can store his spirit paper in a specially designed dimension for quick and easy use.

-Equipment;

Throwing knives: Enchanted knives for long range combat, Shiro is highly accurate with them.

-Familiar;

Kurama: A Nine-Tailed Kitsune that can change size to either small enough to fit on Shiro's shoulder, or large enough for the entire ORC to ride. He has access to all of the basic Kitsune abilities, but they are enhanced.

Akeno: He is her childhood friend and adopted brother, but they each have deeper feelings for the other. He secretly finds her sadomasochist personality incredibly sexy. Shiro has also promised that she would be his first, and he would be hers.

Rias: Extremely thankful for her help in finding a home for him and Akeno, and he is very loyal to her.

Issei: Finds him far too perverted, but can tell that he is extremely loyal to his friends. Shiro is fine with Issei looking at Akeno's breasts, as they are incredible, but has threatened to shatter his manhood if Issei tries to touch and peep on her.

Kiba: Shiro wants to help Kiba get past his issues with the Church and holy swords, and enjoys training with the Knight.

Koneko: One of the few to know that she is a Nekoshu, Shiro wants to help her face her sister.

Grayfia: Holds an immense amount of respect for the other Queen, taking her training to heart, and always willing to work with her.

Sirzechs: Always enjoys watching the Devil King pamper Rias, he also has a large amount of respect for him, trusting his judgment in most situations.

Raiser: Despises how he treats Rias like a plaything that he has, and how he openly treats women in front of his fiancé.

Azazel: Willing to allow the Fallen to study his Sacred Gear, but wishes that Azazel would pay more attention to his subordinates.

Raynare: Wonders why her orders were changed from observation, to assassination, and believes that she may be manipulated

Sona: Finds her extremely intelligent, and enjoys playing chess with her.

Saji: Enjoys watching him fawn over Sona, and hopes his crush bears fruit

-Biography: Shiro has always been raised by the Himejima family, apparently being left on their doorstep as a baby. Being raised by a Shamanic family meant that Shiro learned how to use shikigami and spirits, which he became quite proficient in. Over the years, he and his adopted sister Akeno grew incredibly close, and she soon told him that she was part Fallen. He didn't care, and they became even closer, even sleeping and bathing together. When he and Akeno were 9 years old, their family was attacked, with Akeno's mother being killed. The shock awoke Shiro's Sacred Gear, and he managed to kill the two Fallen. However, he was mortally wounded himself, and would've died had Rias not shown up. Shiro made a deal with her, saying that he would become her servant, and that she would take both him and Akeno in to her family. Rias agreed, and the three teleported to the Gremory Castle, where Shiro's injuries were healed, and he began a new life as a Devil.
