Author has written 3 stories for Harry Potter, Misc. Comics, and Wolf's Rain.
Hello, dear reader who decided to grace my profile page with their presence! This is my first time writing a profile, so bear with me.
Age: 19
Gender: Female
Here's a bit of information about my stories (contains minor spoilers). Readers may also use these to catch up on the story without having to reread the entire thing.
Secrets (X-Men) (taken up and down several times because I'm never happy with it):
Begins before first movie and follows the basic storyline of the rest of them (at least, what I can remember. I don't have easy access to them nor do I have time to watch them). A story about how a mutant girl wandered into Charles Xavier's house one day and became his adoptive daughter Dakota (aka Cody). She is then captured by a group of scientists, the same ones who created Wolverine but are under a different leader, who reveal that she is a powerful psychic (even more so that Charles) and perform the Wolverine surgery on her (ie. replace her skeleton with adamantium and transplant Logan's X-gene into her DNA) and train her to become an assassin. Charles spends the next 5 years searching for her with the help of Logan (I kind of incorporated the most recent movie in by having Logan escape from his cage around the same time that they brought in Dakota). Charles infiltrates the base of operations of the group to break her out. They escape successfully, sort of. The group has a tracker in Selina's brain that only a few select people know about. The other madman they had in their custody is sent after them. Chaos ensues with the X-Men.
Obviously it will be more elaborate than that, but I don't want to give everything away. THIS ONE IS ON TEMPORARY HIATUS BECAUSE OF WRITER'S BLOCK AND OBVIOUS PLOT CONFUSION. UNKNOWN WHEN I WILL PICK THIS BACK UP.
What If (HP/WR crossover):
Begins before the Harry Potter books and after episode 6 of Wolf's Rain. My current favorite story; this will probably be the one that had the most frequent updates. Harry is really a wolf. But not just any wolf; a magical wolf that can disguise his body to look like a human's. For unknown (but will be explained) reasons, he is abandoned by his rightful, wolfish parents in the graveyard of Godric's Hollow. James and Lily Potter, while on a pleasant walk, discover the wolf cub and decide to keep him. They perform a magical Blood Adoption (an adoption through which the child will take on the characteristics of the parents so it will be as if they were really his birth parents).
Voldemort attacks and kills the Potters, but his curse backfires when he attempts to kill their child. Because the parents are dead, the Blood Adoption will gradually fade away until the child only has a few characteristics of the parents (in Harry's case, the magical abilities, Lily's green eyes, and James's black messy hair). Hagrid picks him up and delivers him to Dumbledore at Privett Drive later that night. They place the child on the doorstep of his relatives' house and leave.
A few minutes later, the Paradise Pack emerges from a nearby tunnel. They had been told by Zali the wolf that the tunnel they had entered might lead to Paradise, but instead, it dropped them in an entirely different universe. They find the wolf-child and decide to keep him, raising him the wolfish way (changing his name to Ashi because Harry is a weird name for them).
They travel around Earth for nine years, searching for the Flower Maiden and Paradise. Because there is no threat of apocalypse and no mind-numbing scent of Flower Maiden, the wolves eventually lessen the urgency of their quest and simply live as wanderers. Just before Ashi's birthday, they receive the invitation letter to Hogwarts. They shop with Hagrid at Diagon Alley--he receives an ill-tempered owl and an unusual wand--and send Ashi off on the Hogwarts Express. Ashi meets and sits with Ron Weasley on the train and they form a tentative friendship which is broken when Ashi is sorted into Slytherin. Ashi's roommates are Draco Malfoy and Blaise Zabini. Zabini is the immature joker and Draco is the stern snob.
Ashi determines to reform these two by becoming their friend. Blaise isn't too difficult; he's naturally good-natured. He's spent most of his childhood sneaking off to a nearby muggle town while his mother was busy dating her various boyfriends. As such, he is quite versed in muggle culture and habits and eager to find friends.
Draco, on the other hand, is a little more stubborn.
Slowly, Ashi gains their trust by saving them from bullies--consequently agreeing to teach both physical self defense--and proving how malicious Draco's old Slytherin friends are during a flying lesson.
During one of his night-time jaunts to the forest, Ashi runs into Draco and Ron preparing to duel. Before they can, Flitch finds them and he chases them around the castle. In a desperate bid to loose the caretaker, Ashi pushes Ron and Draco into a locked room on the third floor. He exchanges a few words with Fluffy to convince him they are not a threat and will leave soon, leading to a few odd looks from his friends. While waiting for Filtch to give up his search, Ashi questions Ron about why they aren't friends anymore. Ron explains the bias against Slytherin and Ashi contradicts it. Ron is left pouting by Ashi sound logic.
Draco is slowly sluffing off his mean streak, but his muggle-born bias reared it's ugly head again when he and Ashi met Hermione in the library.
Ashi doesn't approve of Draco's treatment of her and is sulking with his pack in the forest while he tries to think of a way to get Draco to be his friend again. Meanwhile, Draco has pushed away Blaise as well, leaving himself open to receive his old, mean, biased friends back into his life.
Ashi decides to get back on speaking terms with Draco by getting into a fight with him. Professors McGonagall and Snape break up the fight and the two boys are given detention that night. A few hours later, Ashi snags Draco for some chat time in an abandoned classroom.
While the nurse their injuries, Ashi and Draco discuss Draco's bias against muggles and muggle-borns. Turns out, the Malfoys were almost wiped out during the witch hunts and have held a grudge every since. Ashi attempts to make Draco see that such a grudge will only start a circle of maltreatment and revenge. Draco acknowledges, but does not acquiesce. Ashi leaves it at that and they are back on speaking terms again.
For detention, they are sent into the Forbidden Forest to hunt a unicorn-killer. The detention group splits up and Ashi and Draco find a strange creature bent over a unicorn, drinking its blood. Ashi confronts it and the creature flees. Ashi vows revenge for the unicorn.
Weeks later, during one of their defense training sessions, Ashi, Draco, and Blaise meet Ashi's pack who are trying to find Fluffy's room. They agree to show the Slytherins a fighting match between Tsume and Ashi for Christmas. Ashi is thoroughly defeated, although not as thoroughly as Draco and Blaise.
On Valentine's Day, a troll is discovered in the dungeons and Hermione is missing, clueless about the troll. Ashi decides to go find her. Ron, Neville, Draco, and Blaise decide to tag along. They find Hermione, along with the troll preparing to crush her. Deciding magic is too slow, Ashi saves the day by killing the troll in his wolf form. Badly injured, his care is left in the hands of Ron, Hermione, Draco, and Blaise (Neville fainted at first smell of the troll). Professor Snape and Madame Pomphrey find them and treat injuries, including Ashi's. He is left to recuperate in the Hospital-Wing office.
The next morning, all five students sneak into the office to see Ashi. They agree to keep his secret, for now. Ron will be keeping a close eye on him. Madame Pomphrey and Hagrid arrive, forcing the children to end their talk early. With Fang's assistance, Ashi limps his way back to the Forbidden Forest to rest for the weekend.
Who am I ( HP/WR crossover):
Contains the same backstory as What If, except James and Lily live. I am using The Darkness Within (HP fanfic by Kurinoone; amazing story BTW) as a basis for the emotional parts. I really loved how Kurinoone incorporated James and Lily.
Voldemort attacks but leaves to Potters alive so they can suffer through the loss of their child and watch the world around the burn as revenge for trying to defeat him. Just as he's about to kill Harry, four wolves show up and brutally kill him (hence the T rating, might even be M. Not sure). They take baby Harry with him because he's a wolf. Fast forward 9 years. Harry (whose name has been changed to Ashi) receives a letter from Hogwarts. He goes to the Leakey Cauldron to meet the wizards that are supposed to help him buy his supplies. Surprise! It's James and Lily.
They take Ashi and his pack on a tour of Diagon Alley and get to know them. (James and Lily know Ashi can turn into a wolf and suspect that Kiba and Co. can as well, but are not 100% sure. Kiba and Co., including Ashi, don't know that James and Lily know Ashi is a wolf). After the Diagon Alley trip, the wolves spend the last weeks together in a forest together. They have a run-in with some hunters (not pertinent to the story, just something fun I whipped up) and meet James and Lily at the train station.
Ashi sits with Ron and Lily for the train ride and they learn a little bit about each other, the two boys forming a tentative friendship which is quickly broken with Ashi is sorted into Slytherin. Ashi meets his roommates, Draco and Blaise, the first night and they acknowledge each other but Blaise and Draco are wary of Ashi. The next day, Ashi is summoned to the headmaster's office where Lily, James, and Dumbledore tries to convince Ashi to switch Houses. They agree to let Ashi stay in Slytherin for the week to see how things turn out.
They turn out badly. Ashi punches a bully antagonizing Draco and Blaise and is scolded by Lily. James shows up and they have a family conference, during which James reveals they know about Ashi's shapeshifting abilities. Ashi interprets this revelation as blackmail and flees to the Forbidden Forest. His pack decides to leave Hogwarts and never come back, but are stopped by the Potter before they get very far. Their conversation accomplishes little and the Paradise Pack leaves the Forbidden Forest.
An old, scarred centaur calling himself Arryn appears and assures the Potters he will convince Ashi to return to the school. He catches up with the wolves that night and tells Ashi that he will be the one to defeat a 'great evil' coming to the wizarding world. Afraid for the safety of his pack, Ashi agrees to return to Hogwarts.
He spends the rest of the weekend in the Forest with his pack, avoiding the Potters. He returns to the dorms Sunday night where Draco and Blaise assure Ashi they will have his back when he talks to the Potters again. When he shows up to breakfast Monday morning, Lily confronts him and they agree to start over, not as mother and son, but as professor and student.
Odd Happenings (TG/CM crossover):
This is a Tokyo Ghoul/Criminal Minds crossover I'm working on, but will not post it until I'm finished with it (I've got waaaay too much on my plate without having to worry about that as well) so it will be probably at least a year or two before I post it. This is sort of based on the TG/CM crossover that's up already, just with better grammar, more in depth storyline, etc.
Several Americans have been murdered in Tokyo over the past several months and the President isn't happy with the progress the Japanese police have made into their cases. He calls in his best team of profilers to travel to Japan and find the murderer. Meanwhile, the Japanese Prime minister isn't happy about having a bunch of American investigators on his land, especially when they've been keeping their ghoul problem a secret from the rest of the world.
Mermaids Are Real (original story) (will post on Fictionpress when finished)
This is something I thought of when I started to watch the H2O: Mako Mermaids series and it reminded me of a book series I read when I was younger about this girl who was half-mermaid, half-human (don't ask me how that's possible, I don't know and I don't want to think about it). So I started thinking, "What if some marine scientist found a mermaid?!" It's not going to be the "Come one, come all to see the wonder of the deep, blue sea: a mermaid" circus type thing. It's just a relatively small research group that found two mermaids and a merman and brought them back to their facility to study them. Might contain some forbidden love between a mermaid and a scientist; haven't decided yet.
When Mark went on a short trip to visit some migrating whale sharks, he didn't expect to find a couple of mermaids darting around. This would be the breakthrough of the century! But he had seen enough movies and read enough books to know that if this became common knowledge, the merfolk population would disappear. So, he and his mentor gather their team together to capture and study the mermaids. Given how much time had passed by the time they gathered all their supplies, they didn't really expect to find them again, but there they were! and with a merman as well! Oh, this was just too good to be true.
