Author has written 40 stories for Harry Potter, Twilight, Dominion, Criminal Minds, and Star Wars. Hi, all. Hmm.. let's see, what can I say about me? Like probably just about everyone here, I love to read and fell in love with fan fiction back in 2004 as a means of feeding my Severus Snape addiction. I find it interesting to see how others can expand on a character to give them more meaning and life than the original author. I've always enjoyed writing, so it was a natural progression for me to end up trying my hand at posting a bit. Snape will always be my first love, but lately Alan Rickman has been forced to share his throne with Peter Facinelli. I am in awe of these talented men. I count them as my main sources of inspiration. I am a complete Carlisle fan. I am not so much into traditional Twilight (a friend made me go with her to the movies which is where I became hooked on Carlisle) but I love, love, LOVE that wonderful coven leader. I will play with Esme, since in my world you can't really have a Carlisle without an Esme. I also have a thing for Jasper and Alice which makes those poor characters become subjected to my toying around. Emmett and Rose are starting to grow on me. I do tend to torture the characters I like most, but I always redeem them in the end. I'm just odd like that. Due to a natural aversion to Bella, I consider myself a "mid afternoon" to "early evening" writer. ( ie. Pre-Twilight) I am going to attempt to tackle a Bella story at some point, but I seriously fear how that will turn out. I am a fan of disciplinary fiction. Due to this predilection, my writing tends to take that tilt. Be warned that I may play around with some BDSM themes on a whim. Sadly, I cannot use my second favorite form of BDSM play on vampires because they are so highly combustible. *sad sigh* ... Unless... "Hey, Bella... let's play." *wicked grin* I know this subject matter and my style are not for everyone so if you find these things offensive, please feel free to avoid my work. Thanks for taking the time to read. TEAM CARLISLE! TEAM JASPER! TEAM MARCUS! (try not to think too hard on that one) Okay. Since this has come up often enough, I feel the need to state my view on a little bit of vampire biology. Yes, we all know that the vampire species Lamia gemmeus, also known as Vampirious sparkolotus, or "The Twilight Vampire, doesn't produce tears because there is no physical need for them. Their eyes don't become irritated, so there is no need to wash contaminates out. Also, venom, while apparently sticky in most situations, is a far superior lubricant for the eyeballs giving them a greater range of motion which leads me to want to put Emmett on a carnival ridge that spins him around just to find out if he can get a glimpse of his brain. ;-) Well, folks, let me say that I believe that there is a difference between "can't" and "don't". I will happily extend to SM the fact that her vampire species don't general cry, however, with a strong enough emotional stimulant, I will make them shed tears. I write disciplinary fiction. Vampires will cry. To the naysayers who would disagree with me and continue to tell me that they can't cry, I would like to point out that you can't have your cake and eat it too. (Which really never made much sense to me. Why else would you have cake?) If sparkling vampires can't cry because they have no need for tears, then sparkling vampires also can't produce sperm since there is no physical need for that considering that is not how they naturally reproduce. If SM can have her sperm so Edward can sire his abomination, then I can have my tears. Thank you for your time and attention. :-) Cu Mor 3/21/13 ... "Dark Justice" was nominated and won First place in the "Most Promising Twilight Fanfiction - canon" category in the Energize W.I.P. Awards. This could not have been possible without the wonderful support of my readers and I can't begin to express how much all the support means to me. Thank each and every one of you. You guys are simply the best! 5/20/14 ... I've been invited to write a story for Fandom For Leukemia and Lymphoma to be included in their 4th Annual Fandom Charity event for LLS. Their timing was perfect since last week I was diagnosed with thyroid cancer. I'd appreciate it if those who are able to, would make a donation towards the fight against cancer in any of its many forms. Please visit Fandom4LLS (dot) blogspot (dot) com for more information about their fundrasier and maybe throw a couple of dollars their way. It's a worthy cause, and you'll get your very own copy of some awesome fan fiction, including something from yours truly. Maybe an outtake from "DJ" or "Pasts". Maybe another of Emmett's great adventures. Haven't decided just yet, and very open to suggestions. "Age and treachery will always overcome youth and skill! Bullshit and brilliance only come with age and experience!" This is my motto, so consider yourselves warned. "You're just jealous because the voices are talking to me and not you." |
