Hello!

As you probably have noticed, English is only my third language. I've learned about eight and I'm not really good at any of them. As Swiss, nobody speaks our languages, so we have to come to terms with that. Fortunately Lemonpig corrects most of my stories - thank you, my dear friend!

I'm married to a wonderful man. We have a bunch of great kids (sixteen and up). Both of us work part-time in order to have enough time for them and especially for our youngest son who has a handicap. That's probably one of the reasons why I am so fond of "Ironside". My favorite character is Ed Brown though, since he has a lot in common with my husband.
Actually I would like to write Ironside stories, but let's face it: I can't. So I write 'Brown stories' or 'Ed episodes' or 'mini spin-offs'. If you don't like them - just don't read the next one :-)

Question: What could a hard-core Ironside fan do?
Three suggestions - please feel free not to follow them:
1) Read other authors' stories.
2) I try to keep the "stand alone Ironside stories" as balanced between Ed and Ironside as I possibly can. So you may enjoy these. (Exceptions: "Another 5 Days" and "The Ruthledge Diamond").
3) Please don't read my crossovers. The percentage of Ironside lines is too low for your liking. These stories are more like experiments: attempts to understand other shows.

And yes, we live in the mountains of Switzerland.

Since I don't watch TV or play computer games, reading and writing are my chances to leave a sometimes complicated and challenging world and plunge into another, where problems are solved neatly and the good ones win.

I write for fun, sure, but I also try to think things through in an alienated way in some of my stories.
