What if Moriaty had never appeared on those screens and Sherlock had taken off to go undercover? John tries to convince Mycroft to go on a rescue mission. Sherlock tries to survive with what he went through last time making it all the harder. As always, characters definitely not mine.

Sherlock's torture left a mark not just on his skin but on his mind, and it's beginning to change how he interacts with those around him. As Sherlock's wounds begin to fester, he has to face his worst enemy- his own mind, and his lack of belief in his own worth to those he holds most dear. Kirk has been awake for ninety-six hours. He's pushed past his limits and is about to collapse from exhaustion. They saved Earth, they destroyed the Narada. Now they just have to make it home. A friendship fic.

A burglar with a conscience sends DI Lestrade something obtained in a break-in: a box of homemade videotapes recorded by a paedophile with his victims. Sgt Donovan, assigned to the case, thinks a child featured in one of the videos looks familiar. . . Warning: The guy's a paedophile, in case you didn't catch that. Epilogue added. Complete! Post TRF AU, sequel to "Stop Crying Your Heart Out". To protect his friends, Sherlock makes a deal with the Devil. Jim Moriarty may be determined to keep him closer than ever, but Sherlock isn't beaten yet. Jim/Sherlock, non-con, violence.

It was Sherlock who found her, but not Sherlock who called him. He had called Lestrade, who had called John. Even in the midst of horrible news, this fact didn't escape John's notice. First sign things were a bit not good.

John Watson is a respectable medical student in his early twenties. He has a nice flat, a good job... and he's best friends with a drug-addicted teenage street rat by the name of Sherlock Holmes. AU in which our heroes met many years earlier.

Sherlock is suffering from the aftermath of Serbia, mind and body. John worries and stays at 221b since Sherlock seems withdrawn and hurting. John slowly finds out how bad things really are. 31 weeks ago John noticed something wasn't quite right with Sherlock. He'd never eaten during cases before, but is this any different...? (Eating disordered Sherlock)

Martin Crieff falls ill shortly before Christmas. Thanks to a sad-looking Labrador and other circumstances, Arthur and Douglas happily break the law to come to his aid. Cabin Pressure fic, also featuring Carolyn, Herc and Snoopadoop and lots of friendship.

Kirk catches a non-deadly virus, but is allergic to the cure (naturally). He has to tough it out in sickbay, but the fever is bad, and the symptoms are worse. His crew tries to make him as comfortable as possible.

"You can't stay on Enterprise, kid. I've got to get you to Earth," McCoy said. No. Jim wasn't going back to Earth. There was nothing for him on Earth. There never had been. Nothing good happened on Earth. He wanted to stay. Kirk picks up an unknown virus on the Narada and is quarantined on Earth while McCoy tries frantically to find a cure.

Sherlock does not take kindly to being alone after John moves on with Mary. Drug use and possible self-harm.

Sherlock may have physically survived his abduction, but in his mind he'll never be whole again. John understands PTSD, understands what Sherlock is going through, and is determined to be patient. Angst, hurt/comfort, and eventual Johnlock as Sherlock tries to rebuild his ability to trust. (Trigger warnings for oblique descriptions of past torture and rape.)

John discovers Sherlock's secret. Trigger warning for self-harm/cutting (There are depictions, look after yourselves) Can be a oneshot, it will depend on the response. Rated for M for Self-harm

Sherlock has been abducted and experienced something he'd never have expected, leaving him with an actual shock for once. And then there's John, willling to do anything to help; well, they're both in for a surprise as they try to work it out between them. Please be aware that this story deals with sexual assault. Sherlock suffers a traumatic experience. The only thing is that he can't remember it. Soon, John begins to see new sides of Sherlock, and he becomes convinced that there's something very wrong... why else would he be complimenting Anderson? Can Sherlock be put back together, or will the war inside Sherlock's mind ravage the genius until there is nothing but dust?

After a fall on a case Sherlock tries to hide both the injury and his past from John.

In the aftermath of the Reichenbach Falls, Sherlock struggles to regain what he had lost and take out the one man left in Moriarty's web. Sebastian Moran. I am horrible at summaries and desperately hope someone can come up with something better

Spock's mind was racing. He had seen the words on Jim Kirk's lips, the words silently repeated as unconsciousness claimed him: They were waiting for me. An assault on Kirk leaves the Captain unable to see and with no memory of what happened. As McCoy fights a powerful toxin that is poisoning the Captain, Spock races to discover who attacked his friend, before it happens again.

This takes place four years after the fall, When Sherlock committed suicide. John pesters Sherlock to find out what happened in those four years, a touchy subject that makes Sherlock cringe. Rated T-M for language and content. Definite M In later chapters. Warnings for Torture, Gore, Rape, Angst, Fluff, Whump. NO SLASH Just a serious Bromance. Slight OOC. Major Character Death.

Sherlock comes back from a case acting strange. He deteriorates until he does the unthinkable. After having a breakdown, he no longer remembers John or most of his current life. John visits Sherlock in the asylum often, hoping that he will be able to rescue his friend from the memories and abuse that triggered his breakdown, and hoping to gain his friend back.

Sherlock's abusive father shows himself after years of hiding. He breaks in to harass Sherlock and after he gets shooed away by John, what is left of Sherlock? He eventually returns and John will have to try his hardest to save Sherlock before he breaks. Rated a strong T for some violent and near mature themes later on.

John finds Sherlock after the fall, but not in the way that anyone thinks that he will. Short snippets, not continual. Not complete yet, descriptive of wounds so anyone who is queasy should read with discretion... Super angsty, hints of Johnlock. Enjoy.

Jim Kirk always found himself caught in the crossfire, and McCoy was constantly finding himself trying to pick up the pieces. Hurt!Jim, set in between Reboot and ID. Eventual Kirk/McCoy pairing. COMPLETE

Almost three years into the Hiatus, Sherlock gets really ill. One night, desperate and hallucinating, he calls John. But Moran is still out there, and closing in. Eventual S/J, background established Mystrade, and some strong language. Adult themes.

Sherlock's food issues are deep-seated and, at times, severe. This fic explores them throughout his life, from childhood, to his days at University and through present day.

When John finds out Sherlock is ill, he has to make sure. Really, absolutely sure. And for a while, it's okay, because medicine has advanced to the point where Sherlock isn't going to die any time soon. But when Sherlock takes a sharp downward turn, he asks John to do one last thing for him. FEELS ABOUND. Not using warnings because spoilers, but there are some. 32 chapters.

Sherlock is ill and it falls to John to look after him. He sees something he thought he would never see and finds it hard to deal with. Sherlock does something the doctor never expected. How will they deal with it? Warnings for self-harm.

McCoy couldn't imagine what it was like to die a painful death from radiation then resurrect from it…to face the irrefutable fact that he wasn't infallible after all. How did McCoy come to resurrect Kirk and what was Spock's role? Story explores the emotional and physical ramifications of what Kirk, Spock and McCoy experienced.

When John receives a phone call in the middle of the night, he knows that something has happened to Sherlock, something qualifying as 'not good'. He is, however, not prepared for what has led to his friend's injury and hospitalisation. And he certainly isn't prepared to face the question if Sherlock will ever recover properly from what has happened.

When the case of Sherlock's kidnapping is dropped by Scotland Yard, John finds himself a year later going through the motions in a shadow of the life he'd had with the great detective. When Sherlock is unexpectedly found on the side of the road, everyone he knew is left to wonder if having him back will only lead to more pain. Johnlock and angst warning.

With Khan in custody, Kirk feels less in control than ever.

Because Sherlock Holmes does not get sick. He never gets sick. He does not have time to be sick, and besides, John is obviously overreacting. Fluff, whump and a teeny bit of humor. Easily interpreted as platonic or romantic Johnlock, whichever you fancy.

Jim is not feeling well and what starts off as a really bad headache leads to another diagnosis, one that may not have a medicinal cure. Bones will have a difficult decision to make with a little assistance from Spock.

"What the hell happened to you?" McCoy slowly stood from the desk, watching Jim walk toward him with a slight limp to his gait. He suppressed a curse. "I just left you two hours ago." What happened after Kirk returned from Kronos? An interlude between Kirk and McCoy.

Sherlock is thought to have died in an explosion. There are enemies who wants to play with and manipulate him and his life. Can an injured and vulnerable Sherlock Holmes be saved from both his enemies and himself in time? **CONTAINS SPOILERS for series 1 & 2

Sherlock become hypothermic after falling into a river and needs some help and John will always help Sherlock when he needs helping. Even the usually icy detective shouldn't be this icy. Fluffy with lots of friendship C:

Khan's blood brought Jim back from the dead, right? It stands to reason then that Jim's blood should be able to do the same for his crew. Post STID Jim/Bones/Spock BFF hurt/comfort.

AU. Sherlock is 17 and living under Jim's thumb. The only thing that numbs his own disgust with himself are the drugs. But he catches the eye of a young doctor when Sherlock comes to the hospital with rather odd injuries. John has to help Sherlock, but he's dealing with his own demons as well. Jim wakes up early one morning feeling a bit poorly and needs a bit of TLC from a certain best friend and doctor. No slash at the moment but may change in further chapters.

Kirk thought their last diplomatic mission had gone perfectly. He was wrong. Apparently he had managed to get himself married. It doesn't help that most of the crew finds his mistake hilarious. At least they do until the Enterprise return to the planet and Kirk realizes just what asking for a divorce entails. Then they aren't laughing anymore. Plenty of Hurt!Kirk.

Sometimes being a diplomat has its drawbacks. After eating something on an alien planet, Kirk isn't feeling too good. Bones is there to look after him. Non slash. Just some good old friendship hurt/comfort. Will be multi-chapter but not too long.

A series of drabbles revolving around Sherlock having Asperger's Syndrome.

After Sherlock's return, he starts to have flashbacks and nightmares that get increasingly worse. Will he let John help him before he becomes unraveled? Mostly written from Sherlock's perspective. A continuation of my story, "He's Shattered" but can be read by itself.

Sherlock is expecting a visit from his mother. For the first time in a long time John finally sees his friend excited. That is until tragedy strikes and John must help Sherlock through a difficult time.

Part 10 in the Carpe Diem series. Lestrade shows up at Sherlock's flat one day and finds things are not going well at all. Based on an incident mentioned in Luctor et Emergo.

It's been a week since he last saw him move. John's pretty sure he has, in fact, moved. At least to take a piss, if nothing else, he thinks. But if any human could manage to find a way to achieve a state of hibernation through sheer bloody-mindedness and a determination to override all bodily functions, it would be Sherlock Holmes. Sherlock never sleeps unless he absolutely has to. Warnings for mild language, drug use, bullying, and (apparent) character death.

Sherlock hadn't really meant to say it. He just doesn't want to lose John. No slash.

Crossing the road is something little children are taught to do properly and safely. Some of them may have deleted it, though. So this is what happens when an unfortunately busy road come between a certain Consulting Detective and a case. Three-shot, probably.

Sherlock gets injured on a case, and requires John to be his doctor. Again. Fluff ensues.

The Holmes father does something neither boy ever expected... And now, twenty years later, John is threatening to leave 221B forever unless Sherlock talks to a proffesional... that'll go well. The first chapter is not for people with sensitive stomachs, then it gets better then worse. Abuse warning.

Post-Reichenbach. Three years later, while on shift, John finds Sherlock injured in a hospital bed, admitted under a false name. Together, they have to sift through the pain of years' passing while rebuilding Sherlock's life. As Sherlock tries to protect John from a new enemy, John struggles to drive away his friend's demons. Sherlock's playing his violin at 3am again. John asks why, and is somehow sucked into a bizarre conversation with profound thought from the socio-path himself, when all he really wants is some sleep. Martin can't handle his liquor and Douglas has to take him home. A Cabin Pressure fic. Put on your shipper goggles and you can see some Martin/Douglas, but otherwise it's just fun. Pre-Yverdon. Complete.

Sherlock lay on the sofa and moaned. Fever was like oxycodone, with the added delight of achy muscles, splitting pain above his eyes, a sore throat, and no energy to move. Mentions of past drug use, twelve-tone modernist composers. Pairing permutation with Sherlock, John, and Sarah Sawyer.

In the aftermath of a firing incident Sherlock is gravely injured. John takes care of him and does his best to make their new life work. Sherlock/John. Hard-core bromance to a point where it could be safely regarded as pre-slash.

The violin is the warning - the halting, aching struggle of tentative notes under the hands of Sherlock Holmes. With the death of Irene Adler, something has been fundamentally changed, and when John is confronted with the truth, his first words are the most important: "Tell him you're alive."

Sherlock's brilliant, always has been, he's a genius, and finds out at least fifteen facts about somebody just by looking at them, but he still can't read them. At thirty-nine, people still confuse him, and the rules are too complicated but John is still trying to teach Sherlock the rules, and Sherlock still isn't getting them. Aspergic!Sherlock, some violence, rated T for safety.

An investigation into a new case resonates powerfully with Sherlock, reminding him of his past, of things he's never shared with anyone, not even John. Mentions of child abuse, death.

Sherlock and Anderson have had at it again, and this time Lestrade has had enough. With the help of an 'expert' John, Sherlock, Anderson, Donovan and Lestrade are going to become 'best friends'. That is if they don't kill each other first.

"Sherlock had never expected dismantling Moriarty's empire would be anything less than gruelling; however, he also never anticipated just how desperately he would miss home." Post-Reichenbach to reunion, via Sherlock's p.o.v.

When Sherlock is in dire need of a break from cases, a trip to Cornwall is just what he needs! Or not. This seaside village is not as serene as it seems. A sick!fic turned case!fic, or, in other words, a modern rendition of the ACD classic, "The Devil's Foot." No slash, as usual.

Set just before the SiB, Sherlock is back, but still recovering from rehab. John's trying to enforce the rules, and Mycroft is being devious, as the three of them try to take on Moriarty and Irene, who have ideas of their own. Let The Battle Commence! Whatever was happening on the inside, you kept up appearances on the outside. So, from the tender age of two, Sherlock, had learnt not to show any emotion. Instead, he kept it hidden far beneath the surface in a box that was deadlock sealed; only once in a while, the box would overflow and Sherlock would need a release. TRIGGER WARNING for Self-injury, as it's key plot point.

When an important date comes up, Sherlock finds himself doing something he never has before - shopping! But will he succeed and manage to get his best friend a present? Not my best summary but oh well.

Sherlock always complains that people never saw the obvious. What if seeing the obvious wasn't always an advantage? What if now his life actually depended on someone else doing just that - seeing the obvious, putting everything together - to find him. What if that someone was John? John shouldn't be surprised when Sherlock hides his illness from him. Sherlock doesn't give into illness like most people. However... what started as a simple problem is turning into something much more painful... for both Sherlock and his consulting doctor.

Sherlock had known Moriarty would try to burn the heart out of him. He just never expected it to be so... mundane. Honestly, using actual fire? Dull. Told from multiple POVs.

Cabin Pressure. Martin is 'off' and Douglas notices. Luckily, he knows how to fix it. (Because he knows everything, basically.)

Sherlock is assaulted by an unknown assailant while John is away, leaving him with a severe brain injury. While his intellect and personality are intact, he's having trouble moving and speaking easily. John finds himself as the main source of support to a flatmate struggling to do the things he loves most. And Sherlock Holmes has never been the best of patients.

Sometimes Sherlock wanted help but he didn't know what he needed; he knew John would. H/C, almost a sickfic.
