*May 23, 2014 - Doing some purging today, deleting some stories that have sat around way too long with no end in sight. I am saving them elsewhere in the hopes that I will be able to get back to them someday and post them again when they are completed.*

Welcome to my profile page and hello! First off, you will notice A LOT of unfinished stories here and to any who have been waiting and waiting and waiting for an update, sorry to keep you waiting and sorry to tell you that it may be a while yet until I can get back to writing with any kind of frequency. My daughter's therapy is forefront in my life right now and that, along with working full time and organizing fundraising events leaves virtually no time for any extra cirricular activities, such as writing. I may write a one-shot here or there if the mood strikes and to keep my writing brain working, but I don't think they will be too lengthy or in-depth.

I hope that one day I will be able to finish all of the stories that have been left hanging, I just don't know at this point when that will be.

Thank you to everyone who has taken a moment to read one of my stories, who have written a review or put in an alert or favourite on one of my ramblings. I appreciate each of you and hope that we will be able to meet again :)

And on a more personal note: Autism Spectrum Disorder now affects 1 in 88 children in Canada, of which my daughter is included. If you see a child who seems out of control at the mall, etc., please don't assume that they are a bad kid, or that their behaviour is a result of bad parenting. You may be witnessing autism at its worst, so please don't judge. If you don't know about Autism, take a moment to read up on it; awareness and acceptance of this disorder is vital to securing not only my own daughter's future but all the others who are affected by it.
