Mmm, hullo. I'm back. Like a zombie. Or the flu. Or maybe a plague. I've been writing, a lot, but none of it is finished. Well, I stand corrected. Some of it is finished. Most of it isn't. One of my muses will bite, and I'll feed it, and I'll get like 5 pages written, and then the muse keels over and dies, and I'm sad. Sometimes they come back as zombie muses. Usually they don't. I'll try not to post anything that's not done here. Which means it'll mostly be limited to one-shots.

About my Profile Picture: I like writing in Circular Gallifreyan. It's my hobby. I write lyrics, and famous quotes, and not so famous quotes, and people's names. Because it's fun. My profile is my alter ego's name, Dove Martin. Dove, because of my screenname Wardove, and Martin in honour of my [insert many-times-great] great-grandmother, Susannah Martin, who was hanged on July 19, 1692, during the Salem Witch Trials. She was exonerated on Halloween in 2001. Google her if you don't believe me! I'm indirectly related to a president!

Hmm, what to write about myself? I'm 20 years old, and female. I'm in my senior year of college, majoring in Building Trades. I'm the only girl in my class, which isn't actually a problem since my classmates seem to occasionally forget that I'm the opposite gender. Hmm, what else? I'm 5'6", I like singing, my favourite colour is brown, I'm American but half the time I spell like in the UK (never figured out why), and I have ADD, anxiety, and PDD NOS (mild autism-spectrum). Which you can sometimes see in my writing. I have a fondness for belting out 80's rock ballads at the randomest of times. Which is funny, because I wasn't even a thought in the 80's.

I believe in tolerance as a religion. You go to church every Sunday? Ok. I don't; but I respect your right to do that. You're a man/woman and you want to marry another man/woman? Ok. I don't, but I respect your right to do that. The definition of tolerance is ":willingness to accept feelings, habits, or beliefs that are different from your own". Please, don't preach hate, preach tolerance.

01/19 - Okay, I'm going to try and get that last chapter up tomorrow (it's late where I am). After that, this hiatus is going to continue until I have a solid grasp on what comes next. Until then, you're going to have to be content with the epilogue I'm giving you.

11/10 - I've decided to (try) participating in NANOWRIMO. I can't garantee all my wordcount will go into my main story, but I will be writing. As such, if I post a chapter in this time frame, I'm going to apologize in advance if it seems rushed or lunatic or whatever. I'm getting this story done!

...Also, the working title of the story has been 'By Blade or Hilt' on my computer this whole time, but just a forwarning that I will be changing the name with the next chapter. So whether you're reading this before or after that happens, 'By Blade Or Hilt' is now going to be saved as 'An Adventure Of Life and Death'. It kinda fits in with 'In Which There is An Adventure Through Hoenn' and 'The First Adventure' afterall. ...Whoops! Well, since I've mentioned it now, might as well say I've got the basic prequel for the whole series started this month as well. It's probably going to be more sporadic, and more in line with multiple one-shots than anything else, but I hope you will read it when I do start posting. Might just post the teaser chapter now though ;)

9/28 - Soo... If you've read the author's note on Chapter 14 or BBOH, then you know I had a bunch of panic attacks over the past week, I've finally handed in notice at my work, and hopefully I'll get more time to write after next week. For the 4 people following that story, thank you. There's only 4 of you, but honestly that's more than what I expected in my darker days... thanks :)
