When I saw Avatar the last Airbender for the first time, it blew my mind away. And here are the reasons why!

1. The action is intense and fast-paced.

2. The different types of bending are based on actual types of real-world martial arts.

3. The concept of being able to bend the elements is just pure freaking genius.

4. The plot-line is deep, complex, and just has that "sucks you into it" kinda quality.

5. The show has some of the funniest and most gut-busting humor EVER!

6. The characters are all very deep and understandable. ...With the exception of Sokka.

7. Whenever Aang goes into the Avatar State, he looks just plain B. A. D. A. S. S.

8. The romance is really good (although a bit slow) while at the same time not being too gooey...

9. This is one of the few Japanese looking shows that actually ISN'T a Japanese anime.

10. It's a giant mushroom! ...MAYBE IT'S FRIENDLY!!!

Everything: Nothing is really on hold or on any specific schedule. Just expect updates every other year or so.

Now, as my longest story is Pokemon based, I suppose I should tell you about my opinions on that. I've actually had a recent change of opinion (kinda) due to a blog post I read on the subject of why Dawn was the best female companion. It gave a lot of really interesting facts, and in the end, I was sorta like, "Damn, that makes sense."

Now, it's been AGES since I watched Pokemon, and that goes for all the seasons (I've watched what, like, 8 minutes of Black and White, or Best Wishes, whatever the fack it's called), but honestly, I still think that May is the romantic partner for Ash. Not really sure why, maybe because with Dawn, it's a wierd student to master thing, and with Misty...she really doesn't respect Ash half the time. IDK, it's just me being dumb.

Revealing Truth - This is an Artemis Fowl fic, set 3 years after the sixth book. Let's put the writing this way. It's as if the author of the original series was cloned in every way, and that clone decided to write this very fic. Yeah, it's that awesome. It takes an alternate path after The Time Paradox, before The Atlantis Complex came out, I think. I still need to read the last book in this series...

Avatar: The Fire War Renaissance - This was one of the first fics I read on the site and today, it's officially my favorite complete fic. The writing is excellent, the plot has twists that you wouldn't expect, and the Kataang fluff is so...fluffy. It's actually done now, the main story is done and over with, but that doesn't mean you shouldn't read it. It's still as fantastic as ever.

Fallout96 - This is one of my favorite authors on the site. Why? HARDCORE ADVANCESHIPPING! This person has written seven fics dedicated to the AshXMay cause! He (or she, not sure) hasn't updated for awhile, but his/her stories are too good to give up on! If you're an Advanceshipper like me, then give this person all the support you can!

The Aura is With Me - Like Pokemon fanfics? Like Pokemon fanfics involving Ash using the power of Aura? Like Advanceshipping? Like theoretical physics involving time travel and the creation of the universe!? If you answered yes to the first three (like me), then this is your story. Written by lunarshadow69, this story absolutely rocks. It combines physics, the games, the anime, and everything else into one epic novel. The best part (besides Advanceshipping)? IT'S NOT EVEN 1/3 DONE! This story is so good that it has now aquired my title of "favorite story in-progress". And I'm not gonna lie, (sorry FWR), it may very well become my all-time favorite once it gets complete. For now, just check it out, and enjoy.

Little Moments - Done by the miraculous shadows59, believe it or not, this is a Ben 10 story about...well, Ben and Gwen kinda getting together. I know you guys are probably puking right now, but OH MAH GAWRD! This story is FANTASTIC! Seriously, I never thought in a million years that this kinda stuff could be pulled off! BUT IT WAS PULLED OFF! And it has a SEQUEL! Yeah. Read it. It's amazing.

The Rest Of The Pieces - OBJECTION! Wait...there's nothing to object to. *shrugs* Oh well. If you haven't gotten it yet, this is a Phoenix Wright fic that takes place pretty much just after the last case in Trials and Tribulations (amazing game, by the way). Phoenix/Maya all the way, and it's a great way to continue the series. The only thing that gets me is they keep calling it, "Hazakurain" instead of just, "Hazakura". ...IDK. Anyways... On with the praise. Everyone acts EXACTLY on par with how they should, and it's just... guilty. Of being fantastic. Which is why I'm typing this right now. So read it. Now.

Falling - Teen Titans, GO! This story is a RobStar shipper's DREAM! For one *minor spoiler alert* the two get together almost right off the bat. And...that's all you need to know. It's faithful to the show, funny, action-packed and the littlest bit sexy. Yep. Trust me, it's good.

The Commitment: An Alternate Direction - Holy shizcackle, guys. Okay, this is a WALL-E story about...y'know, this one is so good, it shouldn't be spoiled at all. All you need to know is that it's WALL-E (thankfully not that humanized bullcrap...), and...*sniffs* IT'S BEAUTIFUL!!! Yeah. Read it.

Heat and Hearts - So, you might be surprised to hear that this one is an Adventure Time fic. Sue me, I like Flame Princess X Finn. Which is what this story is. It takes place right after Hot To The Touch, and goes from there. Honestly...I prefer this to canon. Which is weird, because I normally live for canon. *shrugs* Eh, whatevs. It's awesome, so go read it.

The Angel and the Slayer - This is actually a Golden Sun fic, a series I've been getting back into recently. What ship is it, you might ask? Mudshipping. For those that don't know, that's Mia and Issac. I'm sorry, but for some reason, I just see them as a FAR better couple than Jenna and Issac. *shrugs again* Oh well. Again, a ship that goes against my usual canonical nature. This takes place primarily during the first GS game, through there's a tiny bit that takes place after the ending of said game. It's amazing and you'll squee throughout it. So use that Read psynergy, dammit!

One last thing: I do not like haters. I have not had any of them so far, thank goodness, but I bet that should one of my classmates that hates me finds my fics, or there's just someone who loves to hate, they'll do just that: hate.
