This side story started life as a series of Omakes in my Worm/Luna Varga crossover story "Taylor Varga." It's more or less outgrown that now, with enough words involved to make it viable as a (sort of) standalone story as an experiment. It's been a while since the girls have seen their good friend, Harry Dresden. They tried inviting him back, but between his new job and new apprentice, Dresden always claimed to be too busy. The solution was obvious; he couldn't come to them, they needed to visit him. Besides they say Earth is lovely this time of year. What could go wrong?

Parts of souls do not go on alone. When Voldemort returns to a body he is much more sane than before and realizes that he cannot go on as he started. Finding some old laws he sets out to reach his goals in another way. Harry will find his world turned upside down once more and we will see how people react when the evil is not acting how they think it should.
