Author has written 2 stories for Harry Potter. March 18, 2017 A little about myself, I guess. I'm 46, or will be in a few weeks. I've been married for 25 years with three kids. I'm a fan of two different fictions: Harry Potter and Star Trek. I have some story ideas for Harry Potter in the back of my mind. I'm hoping to be able to eventually get around to posting them. I've updated my story "Two Out of Three Aint Bad". I removed the song lyrics, added a disclaimer and fixed the one spelling mistake that was driving me bonkers. I would have done this sooner, but I find the editing process kind of confusing. ~ Fleet Admiral Treyven Corsey (Ret.), Starfleet Command April 22, 2018 First of all, I would like to apologize for the delay in the final chapter of "Beyond All Reason". I assure you that I do intend to finish it. Since the publication of Chapter Two, my computer died and I have changed careers. Indeed, I was finishing the last sentence on the first draft of Chapter Three when my computer gave me the blue screen of death. As you can probably imagine, I was quite frustrated. I have a dislike of Authors Notes placed in the various chapters, as I feel it takes away from the enjoyment of the story. I believe that footnotes placed at the end of a chapter or at the end of the story itself is much more appropriate. I also dislike answers to questions put forth by reviewers, or comments to them, being placed in the various chapters. That being said, I will attempt to answer any questions put to me here in the biography section, separated by story. ~ Fleet Admiral Treyven Corsey (Ret.), Starfleet Command May 4, 2018 My story Beyond All Reason is now complete. I posted the final chapter a few weeks ago, but I finally had time today to go back and finish up some much-needed editing. I hope you all enjoy it. My next story will be entitled "My Beloved", and yes, it will be another Harmony tale. Hopefully I will be able to give this one a bit more length and depth. ~ Fleet Admiral Treyven Corsey (Ret.), Starfleet Command Beyond All Reason A question was put forth by a reviewer named SLYNNR, about whether or not Harry is the Master of Death at the end of Chapter Two, since he is not in possession of the Elder Wand. The answer is, yes and no. You see, Death, or the personification of Death that we see in the story, exists outside of Space and Time. Therefore it (Death) knows that while in the current moment of time that it is entering Harry is not the M.O.D., he is in the future. So, from Deaths point of view, Harry IS the M.O.D., even though he has yet to achieve that title. I hope this answers your question. ~ Fleet Admiral Treyven Corsey (Ret.), Starfleet Command |
