![]() Author has written 4 stories for One Piece, Star Vs. The Forces of Evil, Overlord/オーバーロード, and Dragon Prince. Since I'm going to be posting work I might as well write stuff on here. At this current time, my writing is sporadic at best. Also, I've begun taking a few online writing courses and am trying my hand at original works, so fanfiction is pretty low on the priority list. I would like to someday maybe write my own fantasy book and fanfiction will only give me so much practice. XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX Status on current works One of my average chapters is 10,000 words longs, so I have to write that much plus edit it. Overlord reaper of souls Chapter 5- 2,987 words written so far. On temporary Hiatus. I really want to write more but I want to wait until a few more books come out. I have plans for it but I need more canon info on the other kingdoms such as the Dragon kingdom. The Royal Protector Chapter 9-4,872 words written so far. I'm having trouble writing this, progress is slow. I finally watched season 3 and...I really didn't like it. To each their own and more power to you if you enjoyed it but I thought it was really bad. I declare it on hiatus for now. Logia Luffy On Hiatus until further notice-considering a rewrite, maybe when one piece finally finishes. The Primal Prince My latest attempt at writing, really enjoy the Dragon prince and it inspired me to try my hand at this. We will see how it goes, its such an underserved section of fanfiction that I feel a duty to help expand the section. The World of the Royal protector Hello all, I'm guessing you're here for one reason or another, I will be turning my profile into an information dump for Mewni. My stories Mewni is different from the one in the show and there are details one might be interested in knowing, this is stuff that will be mentioned and explained in the story but you might find this information useful since there will be so many different OCs and world building going on in the story. As time goes by I will be adding info, for now, theirs just some basic stuff. Mewni Itself. Mewni is a name used for the dimension, capital city, planet and super-continent where Mewman civilization exists. The Super-Continent is broken up into three main chunks. Heartlands There is the Heartlands of Mewni, which is a large chunk of the super-continent where Mewman civilization exists. The Heartlands of Mewni are rich in numerous resources whether they be agricultural or mineral, the weather in the heartlands is extremely temperate with long summers and short winters. The reason for this is because the Heartlands have a temperate ocean upon its west while north, south, and east are protected by a mountain range known as the Dragon mountains. The mountain range is seemingly impossibly large and long and forms a natural barrier and defense from bad weather. The mountains protect the Heartlands from harsh weather patterns that exist upon the rest of the super-continent and they also have the added benefit of forming a natural barrier against the monsters that lived in the Wilds. Other areas of the Heartlands The Heartlands sit next to the Sunrise Ocean which skirts the borders of the Shivering Sea and the Gem Sea. Within these numerous waters are numerous islands, some tropical, others harsh. Mewman's have populated these islands and some are popular resorts due to their tropical atmospheres. The Wildlands True to its names the wildlands of Mewni are wild and dangerous. Plant and animal life in the wild lands are extremely dangerous and hostile. The most difficult aspect of the wild-lands are the weather patterns, there are no true seasons in the wild-lands. Weather changes randomly with seemingly little rhyme or reason with heatwaves and cold-snaps being common. Most lifeforms in the wilds have evolved and adapted to weather patterns however the unpredictability of the weather makes large-scale agriculture nearly impossible without specialized magic or technology which is why Mewman's have been content to leave the wild-lands alone since they are unable to grow their favorite crop in the wild-lands, that crop being corn. The Wildlands are also home to most of Mewni's monster population, with the only exceptions being monsters who have chosen to reside upon reservations in the Heartlands. The monsters in the wild-lands are quite numerous since the wild-lands are quite large and provide resources with plentiful game and vegetation. However, the inability to utilize mass-scale agriculture means most monsters subsist on a hunter/gatherer lifestyle which makes forming large permanent population centers difficult. Most monsters live a nomadic lifestyle with only a few permanent settlements which act as hubs for numerous monsters to trade resources with one another. The Lands of Endless Winter The smallest part of Mewni's continent is the Land of Endless Winter. A Place far to the north where few Mewman's or monsters have ever dared traveled. The Lands of Endless Winter true to their name are cold with the only season being winter. Some regions support sparse life similar to a tundra with winter grasses and boreal forests, however, a majority of the area is unexplored. XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX Things you need to know about me and my stories. 1. I am new to writing. Therefore I will be making mistakes and writing on this site is me sharpening my teeth. I have no specialized education in English beyond high school, so all my writing is simply the result of me reading a lot and trying to write a story. So if you are reading my stories and see a lot of mistakes I apologize and if you point it out I will attempt to fix it. 2. I love reviews. I love your reviews from the simple "cool story bro" to the paragraph long criticism, I love them all. I have in the past allowed flames to hurt me, but I'm trying to develop thicker skin and want your feedback and criticism. Also hearing reviews letting me know that you enjoy my story is always encouraging and I appreciate it greatly. 3. I write for fun. Basically, I write for enjoyment and its a hobby of mine that I enjoy doing. I know this seems obvious since I'm on fanfiction.net but its important to note since i write because it relaxes me and is fun. Which means things like deadlines and forcing myself to finish a chapter isn't good and I feel negatively effects the work I produce. This means that updates will be sporadic. 4. I went under a different name before. I wrote a great deal of fanfiction when I was younger and posted it on here. Some of it was quite popular but I felt the work no longer represented the person I am and deleted it. They were works riddled with spelling mistakes and immature humor that I felt negatively reflected me. I am working on correcting the mistakes and I am considering re-posting the work but no promises. 5. I have a full-time job. Basically, I write in my free time which isn't much. So don't expect updates often. |
