I'm still writing, still going strong. I've changed fandoms (again). If I haven't fixed mistakes in old stories, I'm probably not going to.

I'm older now and a bit better writer. I've always intended for my stories to be a record of my improvement as a writer. Some of the older stories are a bit wobbly here and there, but so was I.

I've noticed that all my stories before about 2009 are missing the breaks. That's because I used tilde asterisk tilde (*) which was deleted in every story across the board for some reason I don't understand. I now use a period (.) instead. Please don't ask me to go over all those stories and replace them, or complain about the lack of breaks. It's annoying enough that FF has messed with it. Sorry.

I've had several people complain about the inconsistencies in Ulterior Motives. Some of them are bad, those I'll fix. Others, I don't see as inconsistencies, just the normal waffling of two people trying to develop a relationship. Thank you to all the people who have quoted me chapter and verse, that's a great help. To other's who just had a general complaint. Sorry to be a horses ass, but you're not helping. Also, it's going to take a while as I have to reread the whole story. Something I really hate doing.

I'm getting really cranky about people who complain but don't offer any help. I don't appreciate nit-picking and whining. Yes, I am getting nasty. All the flaming and unconstructive criticism is beginning to interfere with my muse in a really bad way. I don't get paid for hours and hours of hard work, much as I enjoy it, so you're getting what you pay for. Reviews of the kind and/or helpful variety have become few and far between. I'll continue to write until my muse abandons me but I'm getting less and less patient with the reviews which demand that I write their story, if you don't like my story, write one of your own. If you find my writing offensive, there's a back button, use it. Questions, stated politely, are always welcome. As are comments about things which you can't figure out. Now, I'm done being a bitch.

Please don't ask to beta an old story. I've had several people offer, and I've accepted. But they never got beyond the first two or three chapters. I'm not going to start posting re-beta, only to have someone quit after a few chapters. Re-betaing always results in a change in style, so I want it all betaed before starting re-posting. So ... no story will be re-betaed as no one wants to finish the job. Stop asking!
