A little about me

I'm 19, live in the UK, that’s as local as I get. I started reading Harry Potter fanfiction way back in 2007, not long before HP DH came out. I think it was the Victiore/Teddy stories by sweasley, which are brilliant. Then for some unknown reason I started reading Harry/Ginny stories. The Horror. While they are probably great stories, it became too much, I was choking on fluff and became slightly disturbed by the similarities being drawn between James and Lily. After I came to my senses I started reading independent Harry stories or some massively AU's. Now I'm going to make one of those lists that I see on other peoples profiles. Yay for originality.

Harry Potter (Obviously)

Sirius Black (I like the mystery that surrounds him in a lot of fics)

Neville Longbottom (BAMF)

Draco Malfoy (Only when he's not being a royal twat, I like the dynamic between him and a Slytherin Harry)

Nymphadora Tonks (Just a legend)

Gellert Grindelwald (Not enough of him out there)

Characters I dislike

Ginny Weasley (Always comes across as a fan girl or as simply perfect, really gets on my last nerve)

Hermione Granger (Mixed feelings about her, It's difficult to make her likeable, I haven't even tried)

Ron Weasley (Same again really, with these two characters people tend to jump from one extreme to another)

5 Feb 2011 - Updated last night, the guilt was to much so I just drank a load of Monster and went crazy. So, yeah, it out there, the next chapter has about 300 word,s so dont hold you breath, you wont die but you'll pass out and have some severe oxygen deprivation. Just sayin'. On other news, I actually have found the very first story I typed out in 2007, and Oh My God, its terrible, like the most unrealistic thing I have seen since last B movie I was brave enough to watch. If you want to know its a cliche next gen fic about everyone becoming friends. You should be glad I didnt have the confidence to post. Even more news, I have about two chapters of a completley AU story, I'll work up a summary and post it soon, test the waters. And now I leave you once again to wilderness of Fanfiction.

Well, wilderness is a harsh word, more like a unsecure zoo. Till next time!( That was cheesy wasnt it?)

10 June 2011 - Left you hanging didn't I? Ah well. Chapter 6 is coming along good, maybe a 1000 words to go, kind of a filler but a little plot in there. Chapter 7 is the big chapter of the story, begins to wind down to the sequel after that. Yes! You read correctly, a Sequel! Coming in 2018! Wooo and stuff. On other fronts, the story I mentioned above has kind of ground to halt, so I'm not going to do anything with it yet, got tones of new ideas though. You may have noticed that this profile has some semblance of order instead of its rambling chaos as is usual. See the stories^^^^^^^^^ check them out if you haven’t. In all fairness I don't think that they need an unreliable upstart like me to big up their stories. Just Sayin'. Am contemplating a Beta Reader, because believe it or not grammar and spelling are not my forte. Sure I like big words but if you ask me to spell them I’m no better than your average parrot, seriously I had to run this through Word before I put it out. So if any of you 100- people who actually read this can help, Epicosity!
