Author has written 3 stories for Harry Potter, Ironman, and X-Men: The Movie. Hey everyone! To be blunt, I am not much of a writer although I love to write. Few of my stories ever continue, I guess you could call me a one-shot writer with big cliff hangers. I'll Show You Mine Title is subject to change but is based off the saying, "You show me yours, I'll show you mine.", when talking about scars, but could be talking about private parts. This story is actually a collection of Iron Man drabbles (over 100 words usually...). I got hooked on the Iron Man movies and the Avengers movie and Tony Stark has been stuck in my head since. Sometimes he likes to come out and put on a show and thus the drabbles. Wolf Road (On Hiatus) Started out as a vague idea about an alternate after battle scene, but expanded to much more. The title comes from "The Pawnee, the "birth" and "death" of the Wolf Star, Sirius, was to them a reflection of the wolf's coming and going down the path of the Milky Way known as Wolf Road." (Wikipedia). This idea of birth and death and different paths in the universe grew until X-Men found it's way into the story. Harry's journey is about birth and death, the process of finding ones self. By traveling to another universe Harry/Rafe has a chance to re-create himself and find a new path. People may wonder about the name choice of Rafe (or Rafael). The English meaning of Rafe is "shield wolf" which ties into the character's ability to block mental and physical attacks, but was originally chosen because of Harry Potter's tendency to be very protective of his friends and his feelings, his connection to Remus, and his animagus form. The Hebrew meaning of the name is "God has healed", which whole point of sending Harry into the X-Men universe is to heal his character. Hope that answers some questions. More about the making of Wolf Road will be posted as the story progresses. P.S. I enjoy any and all feedback. Thanks! |
